Parking charges probably not needed as a private garage underneath the hotel and 18 euros for 24hrs is steep.

El parking
Se desconfiguro por 3 veces la llave de la habitación en una estancia de 1 noche y tuve que bajar a recepción de cada vez. Me dejaron una nota en el buffet del desayuno para que pasara a pagar el hotel porque se equivocaron al hacer el check-in y no me cargaron la estancia en la tarjeta que deposité. Nada ágil ni funcional.

Realmente, en la habitación hay un sofá que no se usa y se echa en falta un armario más amplio
Las instalaciones del hotel son súper completas, el desayuno buffet riquísimo e incluye todo lo que te imagines, la comodidad en la habitación 10/10, la limpieza en general todo impoluto... Una estancia excepcional.

La habitación ,estuve dos veces,la primera en una estandar y la segunda nos pusieron en una superior,pues preferimos la estandar,màs a nuestra comodidad y a 5 min de Plaza España para los conciertos,la piscina maravillosa,el desayuno también,en resumen todo

Struttura ben curata e relativamente vicina al centro storico. Se non si vuole affrontare la passeggiata di 15-20 minuti a piedi, specie in estate, si possono prendere i mezzi pubblici, tutti situati a 5 minuti dall'hotel. Personale molto cordiale.
Pulizia delle camere da migliorare. La nostra stanza era piuttosto impolverata e in o dei tre giorni di soggiorno, la nostra stanza al rientro in albergo, le 15 circa, non era ancora stata pulita. Il personale della reception ha provveduto subito ad avvisare i colleghi, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare diverso tempo alla reception in attesa che la riordinassero. Nella fretta ganno dimenticato di lasciare il tappeto del bagno e gli asciugamani puliti. Anche l'impossibile di aprire la finestra della camera, se non per un minuscolo spiraglio, ci ha creato disagio, poiché mancava il ricambio d'aria.
La piscina e la zona adiacente, troppo piccole per il numero di ospiti.
