Terrible hotel with horrible staff- please avoid!
Pros:

You must forget about the phrase: customer is king, when you come to this hotel. Because you are anything but a king. No matter what issue you will face expect a looong conversation with several staff members, trying to defend your wishes and expectations. Towels for the pool on the 5th floor will not be handed out if you don’t show a paper, which the receptionist failed to give us. Toilette paper in the room? Don’t expect this to be given. You have to call instead and then they will bring it up. And I do not even want to mention the hotels restaurant or the manager. I complained too many times and then faced myself having the same discussion with at least 4 (!) staff members one of them being the manager, still discussing. To cut a long story short: if you want to charge your guests 9 Euros for a portion of fries, give them a heads up before serving it!

Cons:

Honestly everything and everyone. Never coming back!

Fabulous hotel in an amazing city.
Pros:

Big rooms containing small sofa and comfortable large bed. Good sized bathroom with great shower. Breakfast was self service with a good choice of food. Roof terrace was great when we wanted a break from sightseeing. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Can't think of anything.

un très bon hôtel pour visiter Séville sans avoir à galérer en voiture dans le centre ville
Pros:

petit déjeuner très bien
la localisation bonne pour visiter la ville
le service de parking au top

Cons:

le bar de la piscine ferme vraiment très tôt; impossible d'y prendre un verre le soir...
le restaurant n'est pas chaleureux et pas attirant
