Great service, cleanliness, views, and food.
Pros:

Top hotel for me when I'm in Monterrey. Very helpful staff that seem to love their jobs. Room was very clean. The breakfast is traditional Mexican food and absolutely delicious. The views of San Pedro from the lobby are beautiful. The best Hyatt I have ever stayed in and may be my very favorite hotel in the city.

Overall great service
Pros:

The location is great the breakfast service is great we had a great waitress named Rubi helping us. The bar is amazing the pool has a good view

La habitación es muy amplia y agradable. Tenía buena luminacion y en buena ubicación.

Cons:

Lo único que si me gustaría ver cómo o solicitarlo en caso de un nuevo reingreso o si se pueda solventar es que la cama estaba muy dura para dormir.

Great spot for people visiting the city
Pros:

Fourth year in a row I have gone for the holiday season. Staff is always attentive & helpful. Never had a need that went unaddressed. Highly recommend.
