Disappointing as i booked a suite , room was small with no tub just a shower as i have a 7 month old baby
Pros:

Neat , new upmarket

Cons:

I booked a junior suite and was given a standard room on arrival , according to supervisor there was a glitch on there system that the room appeared already occupied by another guest

Memorable Umhlanga Stay!
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and had all the amenities we needed as well as restaurants. The facilities were always clean and refreshing the moment you stepped into the hotel. The beach was within walking distance, and the promenade was definitely a must-visit.

The staff were friendly, and housekeeping did a great job keeping the room spotless. The room also had all the essentials, including toiletries and a hairdryer.

We especially loved ordering from the coffee shop — the coffee was strong enough to start the mornings, right, and the sandwiches were delicious.

There were no charges for parking.

Cons:

One downside of being in the heart of Umhlanga was the early morning noise. However, on most nights, we still managed to sleep right through it.
