Location- in a safe location, walking distance to the beach, mall and all eating joints.

The staff at the hotel, from the bellhop, concierge, housekeeping , chefs, everyone was truly amazing.

And obviously, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained.

Failed to meet expectations
Pros:

The property is well located, and the rooms and facilities are excellent. However, access to and from the hotel is quite difficult due to the surrounding road layout. The traffic circulation appears to have been poorly planned, making entry and exit inconvenient. I can only imagine how chaotic it must become during peak holiday periods. Overall, it’s a great property, but the access and traffic management significantly detract from the experience.

While the hotel is well located, access to and from the property is difficult due to the surrounding road layout. The traffic flow appears to have been poorly planned, and I can only imagine how congested it becomes during peak holiday periods.

Unfortunately, several aspects of the hotel were disappointing:

* The welcome on arrival was poor, and we were not clearly informed about the hotel’s facilities or where amenities were located.
* The reception service was below expectations and lacked professionalism.
* The swimming pool had a large sack or bag in it when we visited in the evening, which did not create a good impression.
* The pool water was very cold. A heated pool, particularly for children, would make a significant difference.
* The children’s playroom is extremely small and not what I would expect from a family-oriented hotel.
* Our booking was for three guests (two adults and one child), yet the room was not fully prepared. Towels and a pillow for the child were missing.
* The Executive Lounge was very disappointing and did not provide the premium experience that is advertised.
* The gym is far too small for a hotel of this size and brand.

Overall, this was not the experience I expected from a Radisson hotel. There are some positive aspects, but the poor service, lack of attention to detail, and substandard facilities overshadowed them. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
