The surfaces in the room were not properly wiped, and there were still visible marks from a glass that had been placed there the previous day. Please ensure that all surfaces are thoroughly wiped and checked before the room is considered clean.
The bathroom floors also need to be scrubbed thoroughly. We noticed some dark areas and corners that require more attention. Please ensure that these areas are properly cleaned and that the entire bathroom floor is inspected before completion.
