Excellent hotel, 12-15 min. walk to Yale University, their art musuems, and downtown.
Pros:

Hotel staff was incredibly helpful at check-in and out and responded swiftly to requests for room cleaning, extra coffee supplies, hangars, new iron, etc. Great views from 6th floor rooms! The restaurant was excellent for its price-point and the restaurant/bar staff were first-rate and accommodating. Fitness center had everything and like the entire hotel was clean and very well-kept up. Perfect for a long weekend visit or week stay- a few minutes from Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Cons:

One of the lights wasn't working properly in my room, but that's it!

Comfy and delightful
Pros:

The design of the hotel is beautiful and our room was very comfortable. The wait staff was excellent and breakfast was very satisfying and filling. My husband and I will stay here again next time we visit New Haven.

Cons:

The elevators were a bit dirty but other than that everything was good.
