Great hospitality for a short work trip
Pros:

Smooth and efficient check-in experience with a higher floor room and it was clean and nice smelling too. Inconsiderate room users slamming their hotel room doors shut was a nuisance and peace wrecker, otherwise everything's perfect. Thank you!!

Good stay but some inconsiderate lot just had to spoil it
Pros:

Most part of my stay was great with the ever-friendly and helpful staff, nice room setup and shower facilities. Only my last night was marred by some inconsiderate idiots shouting and screaming in the middle of the night watching the World Cup. I can hear clearly a group of idiots congregating in a nearby room trying to wake the whole hotel up from 3am to 5am. Not sure if the hotel can do anything about it but this was really a bad start to another working day for the rest of us.
The breakfast seemed to be not as great during my first stay about a year ago and some days most dishes on offer were spicy; the Indian cuisine, the Nasi Lemak that never failed to be served and then Tom Yum Souo noodles. Perhaps the hotel can take consideration that not all guests are inclined towards spicy food and offer some non-spicy ones. The egg station as usual has a long queue as the day passed but those were really delicious as it was made a la minute.
Overall a rather satisfying stay other than the last night marred by some inconsiderate idiots.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at—everything exceeded our expectations.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Amari SPICE Penang. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious local and international dishes, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, Amari SPICE Penang exceeded our expectations.
The outstanding hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and excellent facilities made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Penang.

A complete holiday in one place.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our time here at Amari Spice! The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food and staff ( especially Cik B) in the executive lounge were fantastic! The pool and gym were used by us each day and we felt like we didn’t want to leave. We would absolutely recommend and return.

To stay longer at Amari for our next visit
Pros:

The room is clean and well decorated. The breakfast spread is also good and we enjoyed very much our 1 night stay.

It is a bit far from shopping mall/shop.
