Great experience, should have stayed longer to give justice to it but we highly recommend it.
Pros:

It's such an elegant hotel in Bayan Lepas. Although we didn't avail of any food-related services, we walked around the buffet area and found it really exceptional. The views and the overall feel is great.

Cons:

Sorry if this may sound unfair as we only stayed in the area for a night. I'm not sure if this area is connected to great local shops, stores, and walking areas. I only base this on my checking of Google Maps. The hotel is a taxi-ride away to malls, for example. Not a big fan of the in-room nutmeg candy, you might want to give us alternatives :P

Cons:

Room smell of cigarette smoke, was given a different room & upgrade, but the new room also smelled of cigarette. May not be the hotel's fault, just hotel seems to be frequented by wrong group of people.

1. the room is comfy, with spare pillow already available inside the room. and more importantly its clean and tidy.
2. i like the parking system very much. no hassle to enter/exit multiple times in a day.
3. the staff is very friendly too

Cons:

1. we booked 3 rooms but two rooms were not ready when we checked in at 3pm. we had to call a couple of times to get some updates. we had to look for and supervise the housekeeper ourselves to ensure our rooms are prioritised to be cleaned and make ready. we only managed to get into these two rooms about 2 hours later.
2. there wasn't any written instruction on how to operate the coffee machine. at least this can be in the form of QR code.
