Enttäuschend, haben uns unwohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Modern eingerichtet, aber wenn das Zimmer nicht richtig sauber ist, bringt dies auch nichts.

Cons:

Unsere Unterkunft war nicht richtig sauber. Es hat nach abgestandenen Zigarettenqualm gerochen, der sehr stark wahrzunehmen war. Als wir das Bettzeug von der Couch hochgenommen haben, kam uns ein fremder Zigarettenstummel entgegen. Wir hatten 10 Wespen im Zimmer. Die Handtücher waren muffig und dazwischen befand sich ein toter Käfer. Putz/ Farbe bröckelte von der Wand, die Gardine hing halb runter obwohl Ösen da waren und es war einfach Kies in den Ecken. Man hätte sich wenigstens die Mühe machen können, das zu beheben. Es war ein faustgroßes Loch in der Wand im Badezimmer und die Klobrille war auf einer Seite kaputt. Es waren sehr viele Spinnweben da. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Dadurch dass wir spät eincheckten, machte sich das Ausmaß erst bemerkbar, als die Rezeption schon zu hatte. Wohlgemerkt wir waren in einem Familienzimmer, einfach ein no-go für Reisende mit Kindern.

Pros:

Very relaxing place and nice rooms.
Good value for money
We enjoyed the golf and sitting in the courtyard
relaxing.

Cons:

The stuff at breakfast was a little inattentive towards asking for hot drinks or being available.
Maybe put a coffee machine out so people can help themselves and hot water ( tea ).
Makes life easier for the staff
A tiny bit more choice would be nice.

Dass leider keine Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch am Patio verfügbar war gerade um kurz draußen vor dem Zimmer zu flanieren oder abends etwas trinken oder rauchen

Il était très bien
La jeune fille croato-canadienne au restaurant était d’une gentillesse et d’une serviabilité qui faisait plaisir

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes et le service absent. Pour avoir un café c’était une longue attente et pas de jus de fruit

Hotel ligt in een rustige en mooie omgeving.
Pros:

Erg mooie locatie bij het oude kasteel.

Cons:

Erg zacht bed. Het ontbijt was vanaf 8.00 uur maar stond nog niet klaar. Het buffet werd slecht aangevuld.

Чудове місце та неймовірне розташування — апартаменти знаходяться у старовинному замку, що додає особливої атмосфери. Дуже затишно, красиво й атмосферно. Із задоволенням повернемося ще раз!

Добра закуска.

Кафето, чаят и по-голямото разнообразие на закуска биха могли да бъдат по-добри.

Зелено спокойствие.
Pros:

Закуската беше относително разнообразна - плодове, мюсли, печива - кроасанчетете бяха прясно изпечени. Имаше и няколко вида месни сирена от региона.
Местото на закуската е в замъка и е удобно като време, което може да се заяви предварително в определени граници.

Cons:

Кафе машината не работеше и кафето се поръчваше на сервитьора и не винаги беше горещо. Също и водата за чай не беше достатъчно гореща. Липсваха някои прибори на плота за самообслужване.
Не приготвяха както минали години омлет по време на закуската, а само предварителна направени бъркани яйца.

Cons:

The accomodation was not in the castle, but in some old buildings in vecinity, where the golf club is. We didn't pay attention to a small details about the room when we made the booking,but the main presentation of the hotel was as a castle.
Anyway, the room was old, with spider webs, dust and smell of mold.
For dinner,we were the only guest in the restaurant 1444, wich was a little weird....The food wasn't special or tastefull.
As a whole, it is not.a 4 stars hotel and for sure,not a castle,at least at this moment....
