Appreciated the swimming pool and central location. The staff was very helpful as well.
We got a room on the ground floor, which was overall very dark. When we entered the room on day 1, it smelled like an old damp rug, but the smell went away after running the AC for a couple of hours.

Lo difícil que fue ubicar mi habitación, es como un laberinto y no hay nada que te indique bien como llegar. Los trabajadores no saben explicarlo tampoco.
Todo es un hotel súper completo y cerca de todo. Me gustó mucho calidad precio excelente

La ubicación ideal, disponía de actividades dentro del hotel, el desayuno te permitía comer sano con muchísimas opciones, gimnasio, piscina. La decoración y la distribución de los espacios está muy bien pensada.
Todos los trabajadores súper amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar.
El check in un poco lento. Me había llegado un mensaje diciendo que no harían papeleo, sino que simplemente ingresaría con un QR el cual nunca llegó. Al presentar tarjeta de residencia, me pidieron pasaporte, el problema no es que lo pidan, sino que en ningún momento de la reserva se aclaraba como condición para identificarme, suerte tenía una foto. Creo que al menos se debe aclarar que se solicitará tal documentación para tenerlo presente o simplemente hacer el check in automático como se “vendía”. Sin embargo, Andrea fue muy amable en explicarme y completar mi check in (aunque tuvo que ver mi inconformidad con este tema).

The vibes, ambiance, and surrounding environment were welcoming, beautiful, and relaxing from the moment we arrived.
The staff were also very kind, friendly, and helpful, which added a lot to the positive experience. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
Only two concerns regarding our stay:
- During the first night, we found stains on the bed sheets, possibly blood stains. While the sheets may have been washed, they were clearly not properly clean, which was disappointing and below our expectations.
- There is a very loud noise coming from the pipes or walls every few hours. This is especially disturbing at night, as it wakes us up while sleeping and sounds like someone knocking heavily on the door. The noise is frightening and has affected our comfort during the stay.

Bißchen ein Feeling von Studentenheim. Lautes Programm am Vormittag im Innenhof. Preis/Leistung war ok aufrgrund der Events...aber nicht unbedingt gegeben.
Relaxed hotel with great facilities and location. Hotel team were all amazing and the rooftop pool a welcome facility in the summer heat. Perfect location next to the palace.
