We travelled to Madrid to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the hotel made the whole experience truly special for him. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful, making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, the facilities were very good and everything was very family and kid friendly. It was the perfect place for a relaxing and memorable trip for him. Great location and easy access. Supermarket / kiosk are around the corner.
A big thank you to the wonderful team for making our visit so enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again.

Unreasonable front desk logistics / resource planning, which resulted in very slow check-in and check-out/retrieving luggage process.
Social Hub was lively but not loud and the room was clean and big. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and ping pong table! Also near the metro so easy to get into the city centre.
Location wasn’t bad but note that it is a 30 minute walk/15 metro ride into the centre

Les salles de bain etaient un peu sales, la prestation de l’hôtel était correct mais ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles (chambre pas faite une fois, murs pas insonorisés, mauvaise vue de la chambre: nous étions à 1m d’un immeuble désaffecté)
Het hotel heeft een relaxte sfeer, je kunt overal even zitten of zelfs werken.
De rooftopbar en het zwembad zijn een hele leuke toevoeging. De locatie is fantastisch: vlakbij metro Principe Pio en het paleis.
De prijs van het ontbijt: als je niet van tevoren gereserveerd had was het ontbijtbuffet 23 euro. Dat is echt teveel.
Je kunt wel aan de bar een koffie met een croissantje nemen.

Velmi příjemný a vstřícný personál, velmi nápomocený, který závadu na zámku u pokoje ihned vyřešil.
Pokoj byl čistý, krásně a moderně vybavený. Rychlý internet byl samozřejmostí.

The staff really stood out – every employee we met was extremely friendly, helpful, and proactive. They even followed up on things, including staff members we hadn’t directly interacted with before.
We also ate at the restaurant twice, and the food was outstanding. I honestly can’t remember ever eating this well in a hotel restaurant. The waiters knew the menu inside out, which made the experience even better. The rooftop bar was also great, with excellent drinks and a very nice atmosphere. Overall, the location of the hotel is actually very good.
The room design was not very practical. It was very dark, and there were many individual lamps that all had to be switched on separately, which made the lighting a bit inconvenient.
The doors were also quite noisy, and you could clearly hear other guests opening and closing their doors. After the first night we changed rooms, which was an improvement. In general, some maintenance aspects could be improved to match the otherwise high standard of the hotel.
