Pros:

Ich hatte dem Hotelpersonal vorher geschrieben und gefragt, ob sie meiner Mama, die alleine im Zimmer war, als kleine Überraschung einen Zettel hinterlassen könnten. Sie haben eine wunderschöne Nachricht für sie dagelassen – das war eine wirklich liebevolle Geste.

Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, hell und absolut sauber.

Cons:

​Gastfreundlichkeit: Der Service war eine Enttäuschung. Als Gast hat man sich hier definitiv nicht wie ein „König“ gefühlt, sondern eher nur geduldet.

​Gastronomie & Lage: Die Gastronomiezeiten sind sehr eingeschränkt. Das normale Restaurant schließt bereits um 21:00 Uhr. Die Alternative im Schloss macht sogar schon um 20:00 Uhr zu und ist zudem sehr weit weg.

​Frühstück: Das Frühstück gab es ausschließlich im Schloss. Mit 19 € pro Person ist es extrem überteuert für das, was geboten wurde – absolut nichts Besonderes.

​Fahrradgarage: Obwohl auf Booking.com eine Fahrradgarage inseriert war, gab es diese nicht. Wir mussten unsere teuren E-Bikes stattdessen im Eingangsbereich unterstellen.

​Fazit:

Gute Zimmer retten leider keinen Aufenthalt, wenn der Service und die Angaben im Internet nicht stimmen. Keine Weiterempfehlung.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Gegend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und nett .
Zum Wandern absolut zu empfehlen.
Ein Highlight ist der Ort Blockhausen, wo Kettensäge Künste zu bestaunen sind.
Übergroße Fabelwesen und eine Welt für Erwachsene und für Kinder gemacht .
Vielen Dank und sehr gerne wieder.
