Splendido soggiorno a Valencia

Personale gentilissimo, ci teniamo a ringraziare in particolare German che ha reso il nostro soggiorno speciale grazie ai suoi consigli.
La posizione dell'hotel è ottima per visitare la città, si trova infatti all'inizio del centro storico.
Camera spaziosa, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario.
La colazione con menù alla carta garantisce freschezza e qualità.

Ein besseren Aufenthalt für Valencia können wir uns nicht vorstellen.
Pros:

Sehr gute, wenn auch enge Parkmöglichkeiten direkt in der Tiefgarage am Hotellpunkt. Super tolles und frisch zubereitetes Frühstück. Extrem nettes, hilfsbereites und englisch sprechendes Personal. Tolles Design im Hotel. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

It was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The aesthetic was lovely, but didn't sacrifice utility. Staff members were all warm, friendly, and eager to make our stay better. There were a number of nice perks, in addition to the already nice amenities. A really wonderful stay.

Tolle Lage gleich bei der Puerta Serranos am Rande der Altstadt. Unsere Junior Suite liess keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und bedachte uns immer wieder mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück musste einzeln bestellt werden, was etwas umständlich war. Wir ziehen ein Frühstücksbuffet vor. Das Angebot war auch nicht so besonders.

Cons:

Breakfast needs a lot of work. No day busy but still waited a long time to get served. Serving thee in a coffee glass because other glases were dirty or not enough, an omlette is not like you know but just an egg with the bacon, cheese, ham on the side...
Need to really work on this cause I do not want to know how it is when its busy....
