Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very nice room with super comfy bed.
Rooftop bar a bonus.

Cons:

Breakfast choice was good. Service a bit hit and miss, despite very nice staff. Seemed somewhat disorganised - needed a maitre d' to take charge and organise.

We would not hesitate to go back and enjoy the city.
Pros:

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the hotel. The space is clean, the bed super comfortable and the location is fantastic.

Cons:

Parking is available but access in/out is very tight. A small car is definitely helpful.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war gross, hell und sehr sauber.
Sehr schöne Rooftop Bar mit toller Aussicht.
Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen um den schönen Turia Park oder die Altstadt zu Fuss zu besichtigen.

Cons:

Leider lässt der Frühstückservice zu wünschen übrig. Die Abläufe sind nicht koordiniert und man erhält daher die warmen Speisen jeweils kalt serviert. Schade, oder Bestellungen gehen vergessen. Es fehlt hier ganz klar ein Chef de Service.

Loved staying here! The location is perfect, within easy reach of everything. The hotel is clean, fresh, and well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooftop bar with views of the Serranos Towers is a real bonus! 🍸 The staff are super friendly and welcoming, too. Definitely a great place to stay in Valencia!
