Great location and really helpful staff.
It’s branded as a 4 star hotel, but doesn’t feel like one at all. It felt like staying in very basic student accommodation, which was incredibly surprising and disappointing given the 4 star price that was charged. I also had several issues during my stay, including a broken phone so I couldn’t order room service, and a broken hair dryer. With both incidents, I raised them with reception, but they weren’t immediately resolved.
Overall, an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

The location was perfect, However the room size was disproportionate to the amount we paid. My sons room (single person) and other rooms was significantly larger than ours for which we paid the same fee. Our room had no storage drawers which meant we spent the holiday living out of our suit case.
Heel mooi en modern hotel, kamers kraaknet. Zèer vriendelijk personeel bij onthaal, bij de poetsdienst.en bij het ontbijt. Mooie fitness, lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt.
De prijs: we boekten de social hub 4 sterren. Ik was niet op de hoogte dat er ook social hub 2 sterren kon geboekt worden met kamers in het gebouw ernaast. Deze kamers zijn iets kleiner en worden maar om de 2 dagen schoongemaakt. Al andere faciliteiten die voor mij het belangrijkste zijn zoals toegang zwembad en fitness zijn ook inbegrepen bij de 2 sterren. Concreet betekende dat vooral de gasten van de 2 sterren het superkleine zwembad claimden en er voor de andere kleine groep gasten geen prioriteit werd gegeven om het zwembad te betreden en een ligstoel te bemachtigen. Er werd niet ingegrepen toen er cocktails in het zwembad werden gedronken met de nodige zwier en de aangeschoten personen ondertussen de ligbanken claimden met hun handoek. Het water was daardoor heel smerig! Pas op dag 3 konden we eens in het zwembad en hadden we.een zitbank. Van een 4 sterrennhotel verwacht ik dit niet, wel van een 2 sterrenhotel! Misschien zat het optreden van Bruno Mars in Madrid hier voor iets tussen. Ga ik dit hotel ooit eens opnieuw boeken? Zeker wel want bet is echt wel een goed hotel maar niet als een 4 sterren wel als een 2 sterren hotel en dan betaal ik 300€ minder voor 4 dagen en ga ik geen negatief commentaar neerschrijven😉!

Équipement dans la chambre, pas de quoi accrocher les serviettes. Pas de lumières dans l’espace salle de bain
I stayed in a single room. I was very happy with the size of the bed and of the room. There was a large tv too, which I could connect to my tablet using screencast. The room was quiet at night and the AC was quiet too.
I really liked the gym which was bright and well-maintained, and had a variety of equipment given its small size.
The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of items. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and very efficient at taking away used plates.
The hotel is located very close to the metro and making it easy to get to and from the airport.
The room didn't have any drawers, so I couldn't unpack my suitcase fully.

On a pas trop aimé le fait que le lavabo soit dans la chambre et séparée de la douche/wc
La piscine paraissait un plus mais elle est riquiqui et il y a peu d’endroit où se poser et pas de transat mais de gros canapés ronds pas vraiment confortable
My second stay at this hotel in Madrid. The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of things to do and see in Madrid. The breakfast service is fantastic, great food and selection and well attended by the morning staff.
The rooftop bar is another great attraction.
The attitude of the Social Hub hotels is wonderful.
