Rapport qualité prix très décevant pour la Grèce et Athènes. Je ne recommande pas.
Pros:

Les points positifs sont :
La réactivité des personnes sur WhatsApp,
La mise à disposition de serviettes et de savons/produits d’hygiène,
Métro à 5 minutes à pied,
La propreté globale de l’immeuble.

Cons:

Malheureusement, avec ma partenaire, nous avons rencontré un très grand nombre de problématiques qui je le pense, sont importantes à indiquer.

Premier logement : clim dysfonctionnelle (très embêtant vu la chaleur…), WC qui éclaboussent de l’eau par terre malgré l’abattant, odeur d’urine dans la douche, manque de volet dans notre chambre (photo sur l’annonce où il y a des carreaux face au lit), manque d’une ampoule sur le balcon, savon des mains et de la douche cassés.

N’ayant jamais aucun personnel sur place, j’ai pu contacter une personne sur whatsapp qui m’a changé de logement le lendemain et qui m’a avoué être au courant des problèmes de clim, WC, etc.

Second logement : puissance du jet d’eau très faible, délai pour avoir de l’eau chaude long (5 minutes), impossibilité de modifier la température des clims et la surprise d’un invité sur le balcon (cf photo).

Par ailleurs, il est important de savoir que l’immeuble fait tâche dans la rue car se trouve au milieu d’un quartier assez défavorisé donc faire attention en sortant le soir.

Confortable, ideal para descansar.
Pros:

El apartamento está muy bien para cuatro personas, el disponer de dos baños es un plus. Muy bonito, amplio, cómodo y limpio.

Cons:

Lo que menos nos gustó fue la ubicación, alejado del centro, aunque teníamos una estación de metro muy cerca.
