Pros:

The staff were very nice! They valued my comments about the hotel and the stay.

Cons:

Too many hills to the hotel, I had hard time to pull my luggage to get there, when I left, even it was only 10 minutes walk to the tram station, but there was no way to walk with luggage with the hills, stairs and the stone-paved road, so I ended up having to call a taxi, which took longer and not cheaper fare. For this reason I would not stay there again.

Mali hotel na turistickoj lokaciji sa znamenitostima udaljenima na 10ak minuta hoda, iznimno cist, ali ono sto je najvise pridonijelo ugodnosti boravka je iznimno osoblje, jako ljubazno i pristupacno, za osoblje na recepciji 100/10.

Memorable stay, good location, great value for money.
Pros:

Great location, still quiet. Tasty breakfast with big variety. Very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptionally thoughtful, provident and generous owner. They all made our stay very pleasant.

Exceptionally clean, great customer service, the crew is really friendly and provided us local guide. Plenty of gifts from the team as well

The place is in a close proximity to the major tourist attractions in the old city

Останавливались здесь на несколько дней и остались в полном восторге. Номер просторный, светлый, с современным ремонтом и очень удобной кроватью. Постельное белье и полотенца белоснежные, уборка проводилась ежедневно и очень качественно.Отдельно хочется отметить персонал: все сотрудники невероятно вежливые, приветливые и готовы помочь по любому вопросу.Нурбеку и Агабеку респект! Расположение у отеля идеальное — всё самое интересное находится в шаговой доступности, но при этом в самом номере тихо и уютно. Завтраки были очень вкусными и разнообразными, каждый день находили для себя что-то новое. Обязательно вернемся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям!
