A GREAT THANK YOU to the great stuff - room service ladies (and men!), people in the restaurant and at the beach with a smile on their face and a great willpower to give their best even at the end of the saison, to name a few: Petia, Maria, Bikash, Ryan, Samantha @ the beach: Kris & Lefteris (Please excuse any spelling errors.)

Außergewöhnlich. Unbedingt wieder.
Pros:

Super sauber. Extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Sehr herzlicher Umgang. Wunderschön gestaltetes Hotel.

Cons:

Es war alles super toll. Leider gibt es keine Bar direkt im Hotel. Das ist aber auch schon der einzig „negative“ Punkt.

Quiet, relaxing stay - enjoyed the time and pool area a lot
Pros:

Very modern, clean and extremely quiet. Breakfast area overlooks the sea. Staff is polite and helpful. Love that rooms are cleaned twice a day and there’s turn down service

Cons:

Very minor, but thought the late checkout possibilities were very stringent. Usually hotels upto two hours if no one is taking the room after, whereas here different staff said different things. Were able to checkout at 12pm rather than 11am, but thereafter was between £40-80.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. The helpfulness and friendliness of all employees, the quiet everywhere, the room was spacious, very well finished and gets cleaned twice a day. Beds around the pool and at the beach are very comfortable, there's enough shade, and they all have a button to call for service! The food and vibes at the restaurant are delicious. There's a small shopping mall including a pharmacy right next to the hotel. The center of Faliraki is 20-30 minutes on foot over a sidewalk, no need to call for a cab. The beach bar plays music but around the pool and at the desginated beach area, you can hardly hear it. Awesome location, 10/10

Cons:

Really the only thing I can think of was that our toilet didn't seem to have an extraction system, so bring air freshener ;)
