Unser Zimmer hatte leider kein Fenster, aber dafür war es sehr ruhig. Zimmer war sauber. Lage ist super. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Leider hatte unser Zimmer kein Fenster. Das Frühstück war ok. Einmal wurde das Buffet ab 8.30 Uhr nicht mehr nachgefüllt.

Pros:

Superbe. Très propre. Chambre avec fenêtre ! C’est tellement rare à Hanoï ! Literie très très confortable et propre. C’était vraiment génial. La salle de bain est très propre, et agréable.

Cons:

Le personnel ne parle pas très bien anglais, c’est compliqué pour communiquer.

Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto provare la colazione poiché siamo partiti molto presto. Questo non è però causato dalla struttura.
