Ons verblijf in Karl Johans gate 35 is voor herhaling vatbaar!
Pros:

Op het ontbijt, de ontbijtzaal en het personeel in de ontbijt zaal is niets op of aan te merken. Het ontbijt buffet was zeer goed verzorgd.

Heilt greit ikke fantastisk.

Sentralt beliggenhet. Frokosten.

Jeg bodde i et rom i tredje etasje hvor vinduene ikke var lydisolerte. Jeg kunne høre svært tydelig støyen fra arrangementet utenfor hotellet, og klarte derfor ikke å sove, til tross for at jeg hadde migrene den dagen.

Da jeg tok dette opp med resepsjonen, fikk jeg til svar at «slik er det på økonomirom», selv om jeg betalte 1900 kroner for et enkeltrom.

Rommet var heller ikke tilstrekkelig rengjort ved innsjekk. Jeg fant blant annet en brukt rørepinne/spatel til kaffe ved siden av bordet.

I tillegg opplevde jeg servicen som lite imøtekommende. Da jeg takket resepsjonisten for hjelpen med bagasjen, svarte hun bare «ok».
