The place comfortable to be at & it's in CBD

Cons:

The temperature of the shower kept changing even though the pumper came and checked ..plus electricity' keep going funny there now solar for back up and after the water cold can't even take a shower..

They need to put solar and solar heater for the shower..

Pros:

The staff where amazing and the room was really big. The beds were comfy and linen good and extra blankets. Shower was good with lots of hot water.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional, anything I needed was arranged with good humour and professionalism. I had never visited Harare before and the reception team were a wonderful introduction. It was a joy to stay here entirely due to their efforts.
