We had an excellent stay at The First Collection Business Bay.

A special thank you to Thenuka at the reception desk for his outstanding professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness throughout our stay. He was always attentive and made us feel truly welcome.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the housekeeping staff member who cleaned our room and made our bed every day. The room was always spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable thanks to their hard work and dedication.

A big thank you as well to the laundry service team for their efficiency and excellent service.

The hotel is beautiful, with a wonderful room, great facilities, and a perfect location for exploring Dubai. Everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Dubai. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!
