Pros:

Kimiro is a beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Tslivi. About a 10 minute walk from the centre. It"s small, quiet and as clean as a new pin. The staff are lovely and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. This is my 2nd visit to Kimiro and I plan to return again in May.

Mooi proper ruim hotel waar je totaal ontzorgd wordt.
Pros:

Alerte mensen die alles tot in de puntjes verzorgen. Je mag alles vragen.
Alles wordt door de familie van Elias tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Zeer propere kamers. 16 ruime kamers. prachtig zwembad. Drankjes, ontbijt en snacks te verkrijgen aan zeer democratische prijzen. Eten is zeer verzorgd.

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit Pool und Strandnähe
Pros:

Tolle und ruhige Lage, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Sandstrand und trotzdem ruhig, sehr großer, gepflegter und warmer Pool. Unser Zimmer mit Terrasse, Poolzugang und eigenen Poolliegen war sehr schön und sauber, es gab Poolhandtücher. Frühstück und Snacks auf Bestellung waren sehr lecker! Top Zimmerservice jeden Tag. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Handtücher müssten wegen uns nicht jeden Tag gewechselt werden im Sinne der Nachhaltigkeit :-)

The hotel hosts Errikos and Ilyass are the best. They are very welcoming and friendly! We stayed at this hotel for the second time. Every visit we enjoy our stay and have a very good and relaxing vacation. We recommend this hotel to everyone!

Prima hotel!
Pros:

Dit kleinschalige adult only hotel was voor ons de perfecte uitvalsbasis! We hebben veel van het eiland gezien en konden bij thuiskomst altijd nog een duik nemen in het heerlijke zwembad. Dagelijks schoonmaak en schone handdoeken. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding top!
Ook veel restaurantjes in de buurt, voor als je wat dichter bij huis wil blijven.

Top tijd gehad!
Pros:

Rustige sfeer, aardig personeel, fijne locatie, elke dag wordt er netjes schoongemaakt en het was niet druk je had veel ruimte voor jezelf. Ook konden we de laatste dag na het uitchecken nog gebruik maken van het zwembad en de douche en regelde hij onze taxi naar het vliegveld wat super fijn was!

Lovely accommodation in Tsivili
Pros:

Kimiro hotel is a little gem. It really felt like an oasis. It’s nested in the middle of Tsilivi, not too far from the main beach (about 10 minutes walk), which has beautiful clear water and many beach clubs that you can rent a bed for the day for around 25-35 Euros. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. The facilities are super clean and organized, the rooms are spacious and for me the highlight was the pool, which is very large and all rooms have a pool view. The owner of the property was really sweet and gave me coffee and pastries in the morning as I was rushing before my tour. I feel it’s a good base and you can explore other parts of the island like the North Coast (Xigia Beach) and the West Coast where the Shipwreck beach.
Tsilivi has a relaxing feel, sort of like you are in the middle of nowhere and surrounded by Olive trees. Much of Zakynthos is like that.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning. The place exceeded my expectations.

Więcej minusów niż plusów
Pros:

Na plus mogę wymienić jedynie codzienne sprzątanie — pani sprzątająca codziennie myła podłogę i zostawiała schludnie ułożone ręczniki. Dużym plusem był również duży, bezpłatny parking.
Wizualnie hotel również ładnie się prezentuje, ma czysty, zadbany basen.

Cons:

Osoba odpowiedzialna za obsługę na miejscu miała wyraźne problemy z komunikacją po angielsku i niestety zamiast próbować spokojnie się porozumieć, sprawiała wrażenie sfrustrowanej i przerzucała odpowiedzialność na nas. W trakcie rozmowy padały komentarze w stylu „You see? I speak” czy „You’re speaking English?”, które brzmiały protekcjonalnie i sprawiały, że czuliśmy się jak osoby, które robią coś źle.
Najgorszym problemem był jednak prysznic. Woda była bardzo gorąca, a po odkręceniu zimnej leciał tak mały strumień, że nie dało się nawet spłukać włosów. Problem zgłaszałam dwukrotnie, ale nikt się nim nie zainteresował. Sytuacja była na tyle uciążliwa, że gdyby nie nasi znajomi mieszkający w pokoju obok, do których mogłam chodzić się kąpać, nie wiem, jak miałabym normalnie funkcjonować przez cały pobyt.
Telewizor często się zacinał, suszarka w łazience była spalona.
Obsługa miała wiele nietypowych zasad. Zwrócono mi uwagę, że stoję mokra przy barze przy basenie, mimo że było to miejsce przy basenie. Jedzenie można było zamawiać tylko do godziny 16:00, a później, mimo że osoba obsługująca nadal siedziała przy barze, można było zamówić wyłącznie napoje. Napoje były serwowane do 20:30, po czym bar był zamykany.
Niekomfortowe było również poczucie, że jesteśmy cały czas obserwowani. Osoba obsługująca często siedziała na krześle naprzeciwko naszego pokoju i zwracała uwagę na to, co robimy, szczególnie kiedy przechodziliśmy między pokojami. Było to bardzo nieprzyjemne i odbierało poczucie prywatności.
Śniadania były bardzo długo przygotowywane, ponieważ zajmowała się nimi jedna osoba, a ich jakość nie zachwycała. Po trzech dniach zaczęłyśmy jeść śniadania w Tsilivi.
Mam też zastrzeżenia do sposobu rozliczania. Jedzenie i napoje były doliczane do rachunku przy wymeldowaniu, ale otrzymałam tylko jedną zbiorczą kwotę. Po poproszeniu o szczegółowe rozliczenie pokazano mi odręczne zapiski w zeszycie, których nie dało się odczytać, więc nie miałam możliwości zweryfikowania.

Wypoczynek w Tsilivi
Pros:

Na plus lokalizacja oraz praca pani sprzątającej, w pokojach było zawsze czysto, a ręczniki były wymieniane regularnie. Hotel estetyczny, minimalistyczny. Przyjemny, czysty basen.

Cons:

Największym problemem była komunikacja z personelem, odniosłam wrażenie że pan był zmęczony wiecznym tłumaczeniem turystom oraz swoim brakiem umiejętności rozmowy po angielsku, szkoda że sam posługiwał się łamanym angielskim lub na migi. Na śniadania czekało się bardzo długo, ponieważ za wszystko była odpowiedzialna jedna osoba. Smakiem nie powalały, w miejscowości można znaleźć lepsze śniadania w mniejszej cenie. Pan miał swoje dziwne zasady zasiadania i zamawiania do których musieliśmy się stosować, inaczej byl bardzo niezadowolony. Telewizora nie używaliśmy, nie działał poprawnie, zacinał się.
