Not a good stay. Wish cleaning staff would have done better or anything at all.

When we walked into the room, we honestly thought we had a nice place to stay for the night. That quickly went left when there was (pubic hair) all over the floor. I called and asked for it to be cleaned, not even moved just cleaned and we would be ok. Front desk assured me she would have cleaning staff come and clean the room. The staff came in, only to remove the big clump of hair but all loose hair was still everywhere..floor, so still not swept or mopped. here were bits of hair on the bed as well. I was truly disgusted. The front desk receptionist was very sweet about the whole thing and nice. She was truly a an angel, none is this is reflected on her. When we checked out after 2 hours of being there she did offer to change rooms but with me being from out of town and distraught and already packed up our belongings it was already time for us to find somewhere else to stay.

Nice modern lodging with friendly staff
Pros:

We stayed at this same Tru location 2 times within a week. I slept like a log both times. The staff is super attentive. The 2 stays were because we were transporting family (Garner residents) to and from the airport so this hotel turned out to be the best choice thanks to its proximity to family, and only being 25-30 mins from RDU.

Cons:

I think the only improvement could be if there was a coffee maker within the room; however, there's always hot coffee readily available 24 x 7 in the lobby so I made use of that in order to jog my brain in the A.M.

A little sad

Took over 24 hours to get the wifi working .... my last name was spelt wrong
Pool are was bleak and pool looked unclean and dirty. Water was to cold to even enjoy in 100 degree weather
