Amazing Experience
Pros:

From the moment I walked into the hotel, i knew I was in good hands. The front desk staff of Nancy, Vanessa and Micayla were so awesome and friendly. The knew I was traveling in for a softball tournament and greeted me with a cookie. 😀 Room was ready and clean. The staff continued to check in and make sure things were ok. Will definitely stay here again.

A gem in the Raleigh area
Pros:

First of all, I am a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member so I have stayed at lots of Hiltons over the years. Tru is a relatively new Hilton brand but I have stayed in a half dozen or so Tru's and this is by far the best of all I have seen. The staff, starting with David at check-in, were incredibly attentive and friendly. Much more so than most hotels I stay in these days. The room was fairly spartan as are all Tru's but it was clean and comfortable, all you need if you are just want a good sleeping room. At breakfast I was struck by the number of staff that were available restocking breakfast items, keeping the coffee urns filled and cleaning up. Very impressive, you just don't see that much anymore - usually it is one or at most two attendants taking care of breakfast, but not here. As a result, it runs very efficiently and cleanly. At breakfast the scrambled eggs were the powdered variety but that is about all you see at any hotels these days except for luxury hotels, so that was not a big deal. The rest of the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of baked goods, cold & hot cereal with all the trimmings and a variety of juices and coffee. And pancakes. Like all Tru hotels this one has a cool pancake making machine that is fun, the kids especially enjoy watching their pancakes being made in this machine. The hotel is a fun place for kids with that pancake machine and two old school foosball tables that the kids were having a blast with when I visited. The hotel itself is tucked back off a main road in Garner, which is a suburb of Raleigh, with nothing much around it. But it is very near one of the largest shopping centers in the area (White Oak) and a very short drive to many good restaurants. It is also very convenient to I-40 if you are driving. Overall, a good VERY good experience. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice experience with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Stayed at Garner NC hotel location
Linee at the front desk was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Linee assisted me in changing previously booked reservation and accommodated my schedule change.
Rooms were very clean and reasonably priced. Would recommend staying in this hotel

location is good but you need something that identifies the building is in the back

no sign at road, location sits so far back its only a guess of your location especially at night, defiantly need to do something about that

First impressions are lasting!
Pros:

First stay at this Hilton brand and was very impressed. The lobby was so inviting, each staff person I encountered during my 3 night stay was exceptional, starting with check in with Tina, to the host at breakfast.
The room was spotless, the breakfast was great, and the location is very close to anything you may need. What a great value!
