Very good facilities with poor food, needs change of Chef.
Pros:

Except food taste and quality rest all facilities were good.

Cons:

Upon opening the washroom door in every room at the time of check-in, there was such an overpowering stench of cigarette

Really disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone.
Cons:

The staff was extremely unresponsive. It took multiple calls to have the rooms cleaned and to get drinking water. The bathroom flush was not working properly and there were senior citizens travelling yet the team was very negligent towards their needs and comfort.
