Pros:

My family and I were really looking forward to the dream suite (2 rooms). Unfortunately, we were not happy with some things: the rooms were on the second and sixth floors, which is not very good with children. The rooms were supposed to have a balcony, but that only meant a dark skylight. Breakfast is served - no buffet. There is a choice, but only one drink, small portions, etc. So we decided to leave the hotel after the first of three nights. Of course we pay for the first night. But the hotel wanted to pay for the second as compensation. They have nice and clean facilities, but I still strongly do not recommend it!!!

Great location and value for money!
Pros:

Awesome location, real value for money and great service/staff!
Minhh Tam really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and also went the extra mile in arranging our day trips for the sightseeing and activities.
Highly recommended for couples and families!

Cons:

Nothing much to dislike at all!
Except that depending on where your room/balcony faces, there could be excessive noise and street food smell coming into your room!

Luxury and comfort in Da Nang
Pros:

Our room was awesome. We booked the family suite which had kitchen and washing facilities, nog that you would cook surrounded by all the amazing food Vietnam had to offer, but being able to to wash clothes at the mix point of our trip was great.
Staff were helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Property is in. Good location also, only a block from the beach and not far from everything else.

Cons:

Pool is a little small, but it is clean and scenic. Eating breakfast in the lobby was interesting. These are not complaints just recognition of their use of available space.

Pros:

The location the staff and the facilities. They had a washing machine and iron so I washed my clothes and ironed too. Staff was kind and very honest as I made an error and gave too much cash for the room and the lady gave back 500k VMD, that was very nice and true to what I have witnessed with Vietnamese people.

The location, the people were very sweet and charismatic: very near to beach and restaurants

Adequate but slightly disappointing as the property misrepresents themselves.
Pros:

Spacious and clean

Cons:

Lied about having a balcony. It is more of an outdoor ledge and you cannot see the sky. Rooftop pool is pointless and should not have been mentioned. Requested for an early check in but I arrived on time (at 14:00) and was told to wait as the room was still not ready.

Highly recommended hotel/suits
Pros:

The Staff is very friendly and supportive. Hotel is newly built, clean and location is perfect with lots of cafes and SPAs nearby. Golden Lotus SPA is the best one just 2 mins walk. Also, there is a mini market opposite to hotel where you can exchange money with a good rate. When in Da Nang and if you like seafood, go to Poseidon seafood buffet - best, but make sure you book a table a day before.
We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment and it has all you need for a stay including washing machine. The shower has also been nice.

Tolles Hotel!
Pros:

Es war wirklich ein Dream wie der Name sagt. Das war unsere dritte Unterkunft in Da Nang. Und ich muss sagen, man merkt sofort den Unterschied. Die Mitarbeiter waren professionell gekleidet, konnten Englisch haben uns immer geholfen und waren sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt, Handtücher ausgetauscht. Es war alles sauber. Das Frühstück war à la carte, was ich aber besser fand und auch hygienischer. Die Lage ist top. Am Anfang hätte ich Sorge, dass es sehr laut werden könnte, aber es ging voll klar. Das Management macht einen super Job! Wir kommen gerne wieder
