centraal gelegen hotel, prima ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Centraal gelegen, 15 tot 20 minuten stappen van het oude stadscentrum. Vriendelijk personeel.
Lekker ontbijt.

Leider bei "diesem" Zimmer enttauscht
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Parkhaus 16 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einchecken sehr einfach WLAN funktioniert gut

Cons:

Nach einem ersten guten Aufenthalt waren wir jetzt im Zimmer 9. In diesem Zimmer bin ich fast aus dem Bett gerollt da die Matratze ausgelegen ist. Nachts wurde ich wegen lautem Tropfen wach. Aus der Klimaanlage tropfte es , leider auf auf dem Stuhl gelegene.Kleidung. Der Fernseher reagierte auf die Fernbedienung seeehr zeitverzögert bzw. teilweise gar nicht..

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté, et l’emplacement

Cons:

Peut être que certaines photos ne correspondent pas réellement aux chambres mais elle reste quand même très bien !!!

Pros:

Hotel net buiten het oude centrum, aan de overkant van de rivier. De kamer is klein, maar schoon. Het bed loopt naar beneden af aan de zijkant waardoor je steeds het gevoel hebt dat je eraf valt. Niet echt prettig.

Super für Stadturlaub
Pros:

Super Lage und sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum gelegen. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett.

Cons:

Unser Bad wurde leider drei Tage nicht geputzt. Frische Handtücher haben wir, nachdem wir die benutzten auf den Boden zum Austausch hingelegt hatten, erst am zweiten Tag bekommen und dann nur mehr eines komischerweise (wir haben als Paar übernachet). Sehr kleines und unbequemes Waschbecken.

for me: never again
Pros:

Close to City Center of Heidelberg, a lot of things to do around (if you want to and have time for this).
checking in via key safe was easy.

Cons:

reception closed 4pm. checkin from 3pm. Just one hour to check in with a real person, after that, you get your key from a key safe outdoors. no possibility to ask questions in person.
no possibility to ask for the garage (parking in the area is difficult, the parkingspaces in the street are only usable until 7pm for non residents).
bathroom was mouldy/dirty. insects in the room (prob. coming from the bathroom sink) - bathroom door didnt close properly... the air vent in the bathroom worked ALL NIGHT.
Curtains didnt close properly - use a sleeping mask :)

for a price of 100 EUR/night unacceptable.

Tolles Wochenende in Heidelberg
Pros:

Nettes Hotel in Toplage und guter Verkehrabindung ,
Cafés, Bäckerei, Lokale, ....alles fußläufig!!

Cons:

Parken in Heidelberg allgemein schwierig.
