Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up front for the full payment of their stay. Pros:

Отель понравился нам значительно больше, чем мы ожидали. Главное достоинство - прекрасный персонал. Здесь работает много местных сотрудников и ребят из стран СНГ, и все они действительно стараются. Особенно впечатлила работа команды ресторана: столы убирают и обслуживают гостей очень быстро.

Питание кому-то может показаться немного однообразным, но нас всё устроило. Всегда были овощи, блюда турецкой кухни и хороший выбор другой еды. Почти каждый вечер готовили что-то интересное, например баранину. За десять дней питание нам не надоело.

Отдельно хочется отметить команду аниматоров. Мы почти не участвовали в активностях, поскольку это не совсем наш формат, но было видно, что другим гостям очень нравится. Аниматоры постоянно старались вовлечь людей, проводили пенные вечеринки, конкурсы и музыкальные программы.

Детям понравились водные горки, бассейны также хорошие. Пляж находится рядом, он достаточно ухоженный, а за отелем закреплены собственные лежаки, поэтому никаких проблем с местами не возникало. В целом остались очень довольны отдыхом.

Cons:

Из минусов - громкая музыка, которая играет и днём, и примерно до 23:00. Тем, кто хочет отдыхать днём или ложиться спать раньше, это может сильно мешать. Лучше заранее просить номер с окнами на противоположную сторону. Мы именно так и сделали: персонал без проблем пошёл нам навстречу и переселил нас.

Pros:

Відпочивали в цьому готелі й залишилися дуже задоволені. Персонал привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Територія доглянута, номери чисті, харчування різноманітне та смачне. Окремо хочеться відзначити чудове розташування та красивий пляж. Дякуємо всій команді готелю за чудовий відпочинок! Із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз.

Cons:

Єдиний мінус для нас - дуже велика кількість туристів з Росії.

Отличный отель!
Pros:

Первое для меня главное это вечерняя программа, реально классная и разнообразная, т к в других отелях такого класса прям было печально... Плюс то что не было назойливых сотрудников, по типу аниматоров , массажистов или продавцов верхней одежды. Если хочешь делай, если нет никто не стоит над душой и не тошнит... Еда в принципе стандартная для таких отелей, единственное что могу выделить это не было запаха кухни, вообще! Что очень для меня важно. Были в конце мая, море чистое , лежаков всем хватало, проблем не было. Сауна и хамам комфортные и погреться можно и сразу в бассейн освежиться!

Cons:

Главный минус этого отеля нет нормальных балконов чтобы развесить вещи или сложить надутые круги и матрасы и тп. Кроме этого наши окна выходили на соседний отель, и растояние между отелями было для каких-то работ, постоянный шум и грохот разгрузки мусора, бутылок и тп...

Pros:

die Anlage ansich war sehr schön und gepflegt-auch der Strand war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Toiletten beim Restaurant und Pool waren ebenfalls immer gereinigt. Für Kinder war immer Unterhaltung und etwas zu tun. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war super und sie waren überaus hiflsbereit. Wenn man gerne unter Russen ist und gerne laute Musik hört ist dieses Hotel absolut zu empfehlen aber für Menschen die Ruhe suchen doch eher nicht.

Cons:

Die Auswahl an Speisen und es sollte explizit darauf hingewiesen werden dass kein Schweinefleisch angeboten wird. Der Urlaub wäre eigentlich gut gewesen wenn nicht der unerträgliche Lärm durch Musik der bis 23Uhr ging durch das eigene Hotel wie auch durch umliegende Hotels gewesen wäre. Auch nach 23Uhr konnte man die Balkontüre nicht öffnen da die Generatoren auf dem Dach des gegenüberliegenden Hotels ein ohrenbetäubenden Lärm machten.

Pros:

I was able to change the room when I reported real issues with the air conditioner.
Icecream was good.

Cons:

Not a good value for the money, kind of overpriced. Including food overall, I expected more from 5 stars..

I was forced to cut the previous bracelets issued in Armas Labada and Armas Gul Beach on the entrance to Lucida. And when I was leaving, my bracelet was cut too. That has never been the case in Armas hotels I have stated in: no bracelet cuts. And not only in Armas, also in Sealife, Hydros.

Music outside was extremely loud till 23:20, with a fully closed balcony door. I had to wait until completion to be able to sleep.

Территория очень маленькая! Я бронировала 3 номера, Нам дали 2 угловую, 1 на первом этаже, там канализацией очень сильно воняло, хотя когда я бронировала через букинг, номер был вид на горы и большой по квадратуре😔, номере уборку делали, но постель и полотецы не меняли вообще, халатов не было,мы были там 4 дня, в баре бармены очень грубые, в ресторане одно и тоже еда каждый день, ничего не менялась! В общем на 5 звезды ультра все включено вообще не тянет, могу дать 4 звезды 😔

Tekrar gelmeyi düşündüğüm Nadir otellerden…
Pros:

Öncelikle konumu ve plajı inanılmaz güzeldi. Yemekler lezzetliydi ve seçenekler boldu. Şezlonglar minderli ve konforluydu. Çevre temizliği ve bahçe bakımı oldukça iyiydi. Eğlence anlamında spor ve aktiviteler günün her saati mevcuttu. Bu anlamda sıkılmanız mümkün değil. Personel çok saygılı ve yardımseverdi. Gelemek isteyenlere gerçekten Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir oteldi. Ben eşimle birlikte gittim ama çocuklu ailelerin de inanılmaz rahat edeceği bir otel.

Cons:

Misafir kapasitesi oldukça yüksek bir otel, bu yüzden restoran alanı biraz dana genişletilebilir.
