It was the coolest, cutest, most fun place i have stayed. the rooms were great with killer views, the back door of the hotel is 15 feet from the water with chairs and waiters on the way!

Pros:

This is in a great location if you want to be near the water and the central restaurants and shops. We were there briefly, so it really helped to be a short walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel does not have its own parking, but they partner with a nearby lot, and it was a short walk from there to the hotel.
The hotel restaurant looks right out to the water and beach, and it is quite pleasant. The food is decent, not great, but the location makes it worth having breakfast there. The room is very cute and you can’t beat the waterfront view. The tv had a great range of English language stations including CNN and BBC. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom (the type attached to the wall, which is a little annoying), and there are slippers. The water in the shower worked fine in terms of water pressure and temperature (which is not always the case in Turkey)., There was a clothing steamer, and our room had a mini kitchenette.

Cons:

The hotel is adjacent to a nightclub which apparently is part of the hotel’s business. Saturday night the music was too much for me, and it went on much longer than I thought it would (I think it was 2 am before it ended). I did not want to risk losing another night’s sleep, so we actually reserved the next night at a nearby hotel (Artunc), though we left all our stuff at Churchill Townhouse! We went to Artunc to sleep only, then returned to the Churchill Townhouse the next morning. I have never paid for two hotels simultaneously, but I don’t regret it. I got a good night’s sleep ar Artunc (it is only about a 6 minute walk away but totally quiet!), and then came back to enjoy the otherwise good features at Churchill Townhouse. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the place for you, and I don’t think it is smart of them to have such a loud nightclub right next door. The one thing you want above all else in a hotel is to be able to sleep. If you plan to be out until 2 am, I guess it would not matter that the noise and vibrations endure that long, but we were not interested in being awake that late.
On the day of our check out, I believe a water pipe burst, so there was some unexpected commotion and water leaks as a result. Luckily, we had already showered and packed, so it did not affect us, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Overall, the place has a lot going for it, and it is very appealing to be right at the beach. The main thing to consider is whether or not you can deal with the sounds at night. My friends who stayed in another room said they were able to get to sleep in spite of the noise, but for me the sound was too much.

Beautiful stay in the old Bodrum downtown

Excellent position in downtown Bodrum next to the bazaar
Access to its beach area (but a little bit small)
Premium sea front area

The restaurants offer a good variety of dishes

Kind e gentle staff, very helpful in every situation

Cons:

Beach area closes at 6/6:30 (not a fault of the hotel but it s a local law)

Toilets in the room needs an update (black toilet is not really appreciated from an igienic perspective)

The room might get hot as the a/c is not really powerful

Sometimes it s difficult to communicate with the staff as they speak a basic English

L’accueil des propriétaires et la gentillesse du personnel, la localisation en centre ville où tout est accessible à pied tout en restant paisible, restaurant de plage, la décoration et la taille des chambres, toutes avec vue mer. Propreté impeccable. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le kebab n’est pas le meilleur plat. Prenez plutôt les boulettes de viande, elles sont excellentes! Les terrasses sont très petites mais chaque chambre est dotée d’une grande baie vitrée.
