Wonderful second visit, to wonderful hotel, run by wonderful people.
Pros:

This is our second visit. The location is exceptional. The staff are wonderful particularly Carlo who manages the pool and fitness area. Carlo who runs the bar is another clear asset to the hotel as are the young men who operate the restaurant. We were also fortunate to meet the Chef Pietro on more than one occasion. Quite honestly the standard of seafood and the expertise in how it is cooked is world class. Last but not least we need to mention the dynamic team on reception. A warm genuine welcome awaits you always. They are always on hand to help and advice on your stay. We’re already planning our return visit.

Our stay at The Grand was exceptional! The housekeeping team kept our room spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options.The front desk personnel are exceptional, particularly the lady with black curly hair, whose name I unfortunately forgot, as she assisted us beyond our expectations.

Portici & Pompei
Pros:

Portici Italy a lovely little city near Pompeii which is a must see once in a lifetime trip . We stayed in a luxury hotel, called tre fontane Luxor.a nice accessible room, with a wet room and a shower cubical, which should’ve had a shower chair which wasn’t provided until I asked they sorted in seconds , the staff were absolutely amazing with the help they provided and so polite friendly people staff and guests alike , we had a large balcony with a patio door which had a ramp either side but was still difficult at times to get up and out with my powered wheelchair, then we go down to the gym , very nice also check for accessible bathroom which there was and good wide access the only let down once your in the bathroom there were no hand rails,so had to go back to my room each time , in the advertisement it shows rooms with hot tubs and jacuzzi with a view off the sea , but there was nothing like this as expected because it’s the accessible room nice room but they never show the accessible room, in any adverts in brochures or online which I think they should , now we come to the pool it’s the one of 3, hotels in portici , with a pool it would have been nice if it was heated , to cold, and there was no hoist so not accessible for me and I suppose many of you guys to , now we going out around portici , we complain about pot holes here wait until you sample there roads & pavement as I was more in the road than the pavement and the roads are not much better but in my power wheelchair I managed to get to the beach which is nice stroll , there no bars shops there still working on the promenade , which will take a few years to happen but it will look good once it is done, I had to use a lot of taxis and the prices were so high I had to take out another mortgage , for a 20 minute drive from portici to Pompeii, €250 and that’s not just for people who need accessible vehicles that’s the same for everyone, the busses and trains were just not accessible so had to rely on taxis, when in Pompeii archeological park we could get round some of the area but plan what you want to see, do your research and enjoy your holiday as I did but being restricted I still done what I could and enjoyed it , so research the surrounding areas and ask the hotel before you go as the staff are happy to help. In the pics the paths are good but that soon changes to large rocks , there are ramps but that’s your own risk and choice

Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet mit Holzböden
Bad ist sehr geräumig
Das Fitnessstudio ist gut ausgestattet und der Poolbereich ist sehr groß, die Liegen haben bequeme Auflagen.
Am Frühstücksbuffet gibt es Käse, Wurst, Eier, Kuchen, Obst und Müsli, verschiedene Säfte.

Cons:

Das Fitnessstudio war etwas schmutzig
Frühstück gibt es bis 10:30 Uhr, wir waren 1x um 9:50 Uhr und es war nichts mehr da, wir mussten wirklich um alles fragen, Käse, Brot, Gläser, Schüssel fürs Müsli usw….
Gäste die nach uns kamen hatten das selbe Problem
Bis ins Zentrum von Neapel braucht man ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto
Parken kostet 20 EUR/Tag

Bien mais cher pour le niveau de qualité qui est moindre à la réalité.
Pros:

L’emplacement, le personnel, et la piscine.

Cons:

Chambre pas du tout insonorisée, à 3h du matin réveillés par des pas de talons provenant de la chambre au dessus. Et le sol n’était pas bien nettoyé avant notre arrivée.

Struttura ottima e di grande comfort.
Pros:

Struttura accogliente e con molti servizi per i clienti, bellissima vista sul mare, tutto lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La stanza è molto ampia e comoda sotto tutti i punti di vista. La colazione propone una scelta ampia, il ristorante all'interno è una grande comodità per avere sempre un punto di riferimento per i pasti. Anche il garage sottostante è molto comodo e ampio per poter parcheggiare l'auto in tutta sicurezza e comodità.

Cons:

Per quanto mi riguarda non ho particolari segnalazioni da fare.

Lugar incrível, pessoas destoantes.
Pros:

Hotel incrível. Muito bonito. Longe do centro de Napoli, mas perto de uma estação de trem que conecta com tudo. Quartos grandes. Banheiro maravilhoso. Vista do mar Mediterrâneo e da Ilha de Capri da sacada. Muito bonito. Está em um complexo com restaurante pode ser um pouco barulhento no final de semana e a noite. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor e mais variado.

Cons:

Equipe. Algumas pessoas da recepção e do restaurante não tiveram muita paciência com o nosso idioma. Tentamos falar o italiano, mas eles insistiam em falar o dialeto local. Não houve esforço para assegurar uma boa comunicação e se fazer ser entendido. Quando questionados de novo sobre o mesmo assunto, apenas repetiam a mesma resposta. E quando perguntados sobre alguma informação sobre Napoli, fui orientado a perguntar lá em Napoli.

la struttura e’ piena di insetti , l’approccio alla risoluzione dei problemi da parte della recepition e’ inesistente . il receptionist e’ scortese poco professionale e non attento alla cura del cliente . struttura che non consiglio
