Great location. Free shuttle to Ercolano. Discounted shuttle to Pompeii.
Staff, brilliant: Antonio, Carlo, Giuseppe, Luigi, Pietro - all kind, attentive, brilliant chaps. Reception staff immaculate.
Rooms, modern, clean. AC top notch.

Cons:

It’s an event hotel. Weddings, birthdays, almost every night down by the pool. Great income for the business, not perfect late into the night for guests. 1200 was the cut off time:

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage war wirklich gut, direkt am Meer und trotzdem war man zu Fuß schnell (20 Minuten zu Fuß) in der Stadt bzw. im Zentrum. Der nächste Bahnhof war ebenfalls in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal, welches jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Ein zusätzliches Lob gilt dem Oberkellner (wir glauben zumindest das er es war), der schon am zweiten Tag genau wusste was wir trinken möchten und alles immer super organisiert im Griff hatte. Weiterer Pluspunkt: Kein Kampf um die Liegen am Pool und die Zimmer waren riesig 😍

Die Steuerung der Klimaanlage war recht kompliziert und zudem etwas laut, das war‘s aber auch schon

Le train qui passe juste devant la piscine.
L'eau de la douche qui ne s'évacuait pas rapidement. Malgré plusieurs demandes et appels à la réception, pas de réaction.

Alright hotel, pricey
Pros:

The hotel itself is great, friendly staff. The rooms are big, modern, welcoming. The bathroom was extremely tight, wish the room was a tad smaller to give more room to the bathroom.
The food is extremely pricey. Only one place to eat at the hotel, a tad disappointing since it was pricey. The food itself was wonderful, especially the sushi. The best tasting sushi by far for dinner. The breakfast was good and offered a lot of variety.
The pool was small but nice, a bit cold.
A bit far from the airport, uber/taxi is expensive to get to the hotel.
For such a high rated hotel they should warn you that the views to the left are of construction and run down building. Also doesn't seem to be in a good area.
