No drying faculties on balcony for swimming costumes,only two hooks indoor for towels also
No spoons or stirrers for hot drinks facilities in room or water glasses even though water supplied 💦 complimented Mini bar supplied although this is not a bar as only soft drinks supplied ! Should change the description.

On request to front desk for iron and board also spoons and glasses the reply was wow you have a lot of requests !! Etiquette training required for team

Pool was also amazing though couple of points for improvement

Towels ran out was told to go to reception and ask of they had any again etiquette training
required

Ask for sangria at pool Bar to be told cannot as we don't have fruit !

Please ask bar pool servers to stay of mobile phone as guests are waiting to be served at bar

The only slight negative that the hotel can do little to change, is the pool area is small so the number of beds limited for the number of guests

Nothing was 2 of the best hotels I've stopped in....and I've stopped in alot highly recommended

You are asked to pay €150 cash deposit on check in (for damages) which I wasn’t aware of or had forgotten about, they will not allow you to use a card.
This wiped out most of our groups cash meaning we had to withdraw extra, it is returned at the end.
Just be prepared and make sure you allow for it.

The bathrooms are a strange set up, we were 10 girls sharing twin rooms, there is no specific toilet door, it is shared with the shower and slides across, it is made from an opaque glass.
If someone is using the shower at the same time as the other person using the toilet, then it will only close one side.
This didn’t particularly bother me because I have always shared with my best friend, but there were other members of the group that barely knew each other and this was awkward for some of them, though they adapted. It may also be uncomfortable for some couples that particularly want privacy using the toilet.
This would not stop me going back to use the Hotel but it was something worth mentioning.

Things that could be changed quite easily with the rooms, there needs to be more hangers in the wardrobe, we had five between two of us.
It would also be worthwhile getting bedside drawers instead of a block piece of furniture, there was very little space to put your clothes which meant my friend lift out of her suitcase.

It was all lovely!

There is no food service apart from the breakfast. A few drinks options in the pool bar.
The fridge was not cooling up at all, so we couldn’t have cold drinks in the room during our stay., that was awful with 30C outside We checked with the staff but were told that is a problem they have.
They daily cleaning could be improved. They should clean more in depth (especially the floor). The refill the free drinks/sachets was only done at arrival.

Something to take into consideration is that is pretty close to night bars and people can be talking next to your window.If partying is not part of your plan, it could be disturbing your sleep
