Pros:

飛行機トラブルでホテル到着が午前0：30ごろになりましたがフロントスタッフは待っていてくれました。早朝出発すると言ったら朝食ボックスを作ってくれました。部屋は清潔です。地下鉄まで徒歩3分です。朝食にコップ1杯の生搾りオレンジュースを出してくれるのが嬉しかったです。

Beautifully Presented
Pros:

A Place We'd Choose Again

一次完美的体验

Pros:

Einigermaßen sauber und eine total tolle zentrumsnah Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster und dieses Fenster hatte nur eine Milchglasbeschichtung und wenn man das Fenster öffnete hat man einen dreckigen Luftschacht gesehen der von Tauben Mist zugekotet war.
Darüber hinaus befanden sich alle Klimaanlagen im Schacht, so dass dort eine 50 Grad heiße Luft beim Lüften raus kam.
Weiterhin war unten der Raucher Aufenthaltsraum für die Bedienstete so dass jedes lüften damit verbunden war dass das ganze Zimmer nach Nikotin gestunken hat.

Lüften war leider unerlässlich, da ist keine Klimaanlage mit Frischluftzufuhr war sondern nur eine Umluftkieferanlage, die die vorhandene Zimmerluft runterkühlt.

Weiterhin hatte ich vorher ein intensiven Schriftverkehr mit dem Hotel habe Ihnen geschildert wie groß wie lange unser Auto ist und was für eine Auto Typ und Marke wir haben und bin schriftlich informiert worden dass der Parkplatz für das Auto 12 € pro Nacht kostet.
Als wir vor Ort waren, hieß es: nö stimmt nicht jetzt müssten wir 15 € pro Tag zahlen, also mal eben 25% Aufpreis.
Das geht so nicht!

Hidden Gem, Close to City Center
Pros:

The hotel is clean, has nearby parking. The service is good, breakfast is prompt and staff is friendly.
Overall the room and facilities are good.
The location of the hotel is very close to the city center.
Although the hotel is located in a strange area, it was safe for us.

Cons:

the nearby streets are dirty, many abandoned buildings and very ugly face of Athens.
Never seen such dirt.

Modern and Comfortable
Pros:

The hotel has a fresh and modern feel without being overly formal. Our room was beautifully arranged and very clean, with comfortable furniture and a good bathroom. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere inside despite being in the centre of Athens.

Excellent Value
Pros:

For the quality of the room and the service, we thought Alva offered very good value. Everything was clean and modern, the bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful. The central location was another big advantage for us.

a good stay for a short period to visit some main atractions in Athens
