מיקום מושלם.
צוות קשוב ומפנק שפעל לתת שירות ברמה גבוהה
במיוחד קסניה שעזרה וטיפלה בכל הבקשות.
ארוחת בוקר ברמה גבוהה מאד.
שקט ונעים מאד.

מיטה קצרה מדי. היינו מצפים לחדרים יפים יותר בדומה למלון עצמו.

המענה של הנציגי שירות והרצון שלהם לעזור היה הפלוס היחיד, אבל האכזבה בלמצו את המקום סגור הייתה גדולה

למרות שהגענו למלון והמלון היה סגור בגלל נושא בין העירייה למלון, היה מענה טלפוני של נציגי החברה של בתי המלון ונתנו חלופה, שספקה מענה ללינה אבל לא מה שרצינו בפועל.

Cons:

המלון היה סגור לקבלת קהל למרות שהבאתר BOOKING הוא הופיע כפתוח , בחרנו את המלון לפי הדירוג, התמונות שהצגיו והמיקום אבל הרגשנו אכזבה מאוד גבוהה כאשר מצאנו שהמלון לא פעיל בפועל ונאצלנו להשאר במלון אחר שלא היה בכלל בעדיפות כאשר חיפשנו בתי מלון.

A comfortable and safe stay
Pros:

There is an underground, bulletproof business center with light refreshments, where you can work very comfortably and safely even if an alarm goes off at any time.
The food is delicious, the staff are very kind, and the location is excellent. We usually stay here whenever we go to Tel Aviv on business.
The prices are a bit on the higher side, but since we are repeat customers, they give us a good discount, so we were able to stay at a great rate this time.

Cons:

There’s nothing in particular we dislike.

הפסקות חשמל בגלל קצר במעונת הקפה בחדר. נאלצנו להחליף חדר.

Cons:

Garden room are in the basement with a small garden that is perfect for smokers but definitely to avoid for who doesn’t.
