מיקום מושלם חצי דקה מכיכר דיזנגוף, אבל שקט.

המחיר יקר מידי לעומת התמורה. ארוחת הבוקר לא שווה כפי שעשו ממנה. מעבר לכך אין למלון באמת מתקנים למעט ספא שהוא בתוספת תשלום כמובן. כמו כן, קיבלנו בהתחלה חדר שהיה בו רעש ממערכות האורור של המלון ליד. לפי המהירות שבה טיפלו בבקשתנו לעבור חדר נראה שהמלון מכיר את הבעיה, אך עדיין בחר להלין אותנו שם.

צוות קשוב ומפנק שפעל לתת שירות ברמה גבוהה
במיוחד קסניה שעזרה וטיפלה בכל הבקשות.

המענה של הנציגי שירות והרצון שלהם לעזור היה הפלוס היחיד, אבל האכזבה בלמצו את המקום סגור הייתה גדולה

למרות שהגענו למלון והמלון היה סגור בגלל נושא בין העירייה למלון, היה מענה טלפוני של נציגי החברה של בתי המלון ונתנו חלופה, שספקה מענה ללינה אבל לא מה שרצינו בפועל.

המלון היה סגור לקבלת קהל למרות שהבאתר BOOKING הוא הופיע כפתוח , בחרנו את המלון לפי הדירוג, התמונות שהצגיו והמיקום אבל הרגשנו אכזבה מאוד גבוהה כאשר מצאנו שהמלון לא פעיל בפועל ונאצלנו להשאר במלון אחר שלא היה בכלל בעדיפות כאשר חיפשנו בתי מלון.
