Great location, very good customer service including prompt communication prior to stay and the food at rooftop restaurant was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. The facilities like coffee/tea/safe/ hair dryer/AC were useful and appreciated. Overall, the room offered excellent value for money.
Shower cubicle floor leaked water on to the rest of the shower room and with the lack of ventilation, left the room damp and smelling musty. The room was advertised as sound proofed but it wasn't. There was a lack of cupboard space for clothes and only a few hangers for shirts etc. The carpets throughout the hotel were clean but stained and could do with a deep wash or updating.

The staff were incredibly kind, especially Hussien, who helped me throughout my stay and made everything much more comfortable. His support and friendly attitude truly made a difference. I really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.
I had an issue because I was charged twice, but the staff handled it very professionally. As soon as they realized the mistake, they refunded the money immediately. I especially appreciate Hussien for his kindness and support during my stay. Excellent customer service and hospitality.
В общен нормальный отель, требует конечно ремонта, лейка в душе была сломана , входная ручка болталась, и много других мелочей, но самое конечно звукоизоляция, такое ощущения что соседи в соседней комнате и между ними нет дверей, все слышно, днем ладно, но вот ночные звуки не очень, а так средний отель стоит своих денег , местоположение очень хорошее, все рядом, на верху терасса с прекрастным видом, персонал внимательный , очень приятный, вежлевый.

Le camere sono piccoline e ci sono alcuni elementi da rivedere (il soffione della doccia perdeva leggermente e altri piccoli dettagli) ma per il prezzo pagato andava piu che bene

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή , λίγο φασαρία απέξω αλλά παντού έτσι ειναι . Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα .
Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ βρωμικο και διαλυμένο ,οι πετσέτες αν και ζητήσαμε καινούργιες πάλι ήτανε βρώμικες όπως και τα σεντόνια ήταν τρύπια και στο δωμάτιο παντού βρισκόντουσαν έντομα . Το μπάνιο μύριζε πολύ άσχημα .
Excellent emplacement, a moins de 10min a pied du tramway, personnel tres reactif en cas de probleme et tres comprehensif, je suis arrivé le lendemain de la date initialement prevue, l hotel a gentiment accepté d annuler la nuit alors que ca n etait plus modifiable. La vue depuis le toit terrasse est magnifique.
Chambre petite, pas tres propre, avec besoins de rafraichissement, j ai rencontré des problemes avec les equipements (douche et wc mais ca a ete reglé rapidement), le menage n est pas fait si on ne le demande pas. Ca passe pour 2/3 jours mais pas top pour un sejour plus long.
Ottima posizione, l'hotel lascia il tempo che trova ma qualità prezzo è comunque stato un soggiorno valido.

Il rubinetto del bagno perdeva, in generale le camere e spazi comuni avrebbero bisogno di rinnovo urgentemente. Insonorizzazione inesistente
The location was incredible — truly just a 3-5 minute walk from the Hagia Sophia, walkable to everything in Sultanahmet with many great restaurants nearby. I loved the cats — several times they followed me into my room for a snuggle, which was perfect since I miss my cats at home! The staff were so nice and sent hot coffee up to us upon arrival. The room (a twin with two beds) was small but perfect for two friends traveling together and the shower was hot with strong water pressure! It’s a very short walk to the metro which will take you to the ferry port.
The mattresses could use a topper — I could feel the springs and after a few nights I was really sore. There’s a lot of light coming in from the street that the curtains didn’t block well, so blinds or heavier blackout drapes would have made it easier to sleep.
Extrem hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal, sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, auch die Lage war absolut fantastisch. Es war Tee mit Teekocher auf dem Zimmer und Wasser stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Oben gibt es ein wunderbares Restaurant mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Bosporus
Das Zimmer zur Straße war etwas laut, hätte man mit Ohrstöpseln aber locker aushalten können (hatte ich vergessen), und meine Tür war nicht noch einmal separat abschließbar
Отзывчивый персонал. Пошли навстречу и продлили чек-аут до 4 часов, т.е. выселили в 16:00, поняв мою ситуацию.
