Pros:

I like where the hotel is situated. Train station 10mins from there. The pier is right opposite and the beach. Plenty of shops near and places for food.

Cons:

To be honest there was nothing I didn't like.

Great access to the beach and the foreshore walk all the way to Torquay.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and well looked after. Located close to the seaside.

Cons:

Noise travelled between rooms so not a lot of privacy.

Pros:

View wasn't bad.

Cons:

Booked a room with balcony as we had a small dog. Gap between the railing and the floor was quite big. Dog could have gone through. Room was very dated. Wallpaper peeling off. Not many sockets. Bathroom was ok.

Brilliant location. Would absolutely stay here again

We arrived later than planned due to m5 traffic. An email had been sent to me with clear instructions on how to enter the property ect.
Lots of car parks near by.
Room was spacious, clean, had a fan which was an unexpected bonus in the heat. Really good quality tea/coffee/biscuits. Super friendly owners. Lovely large communal lounge,
