Other than parking, a good experience. Friendly staff and good location, but too expensive for what was offered.
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

Parking. We were led to believe parking was on first come, first served basis, which would have be fine. It then transpired that if you booked direct with hotel they would reserve a parking place. As we booked through a third party, this would not be done for us. It meant we were unable to use our car as loosing the parking would have cost £20 a day street parking!

Pros:

Dining room, large with plenty of room around tables. Breakfast excellent choices, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Free safe secure car parking at the rear. Ideal for us, close to our room.

Cons:

We stayed in room 008. The only thing we didn't like was that it was impossible to walk down the side of the bed nearest the window. Otherwise no problem.

Clean hotel, great location, lovely staff & breakfast.
Pros:

Fantastic location for Plymouth Hoe and the city centre and Tinside Lido. Parking available at the Hotel. Lovely, friendly helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast with plenty of choice and fresh cooked options. Very modern, clean rooms.

Cons:

The basement rooms don't have windows. Some are directly under the kitchen and breakfast room area, which means a lot of noise as people move around from 6am. Check the room details before booking.
