Wenn wieder in Phuket, dann nie in diesem Hotel; vor allem wegen Lage
Pros:

Die Anlage an sich ist nicht schlecht. Wir konnten sie jedoch kaum nutzen, da es während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts stark regnete und wir den Pool kein einziges Mal benutzen konnten.

Cons:

Ich kann nicht einschätzen, welche Zielgruppe dieses Hotel normalerweise anspricht. Das Vertrauen in die Gäste fehlt vollständig: Badetücher wurden nur gegen Unterschrift und Zeiterfassung ausgegeben. Beim Auschecken wurden wir aufgefordert, fünf Minuten zu warten, bis das Zimmer kontrolliert war. Unser Grab-Fahrer wartete bereits; meine Bitte, die Wartezeit auf drei Minuten zu verkürzen, wurde abschlägig beschieden. Dies empfand ich als sehr unfreundlich. Letztlich war mit dem Zimmer alles in Ordnung.
Zudem ist die Lage schlecht; es befindet sich nichts in der Nähe. Positive Lagebewertungen stammen vermutlich ausschliesslich von Gästen mit eigenem Fahrzeug. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass die Adresse auf Booking.com falsch hinterlegt war. Dies führte wiederholt zu Problemen mit Taxi- und Grab-Fahrern, da wir an einen völlig anderen Ort gebracht wurden.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, especially the pool area. Everything was very clean, and our room was spotless and comfortable.

Our room also had a view of the Muay Thai training area, which was really cool! My boyfriend trained there and absolutely loved the experience and the sessions with both instructors.

We had a great stay and would 100% recommend this hotel!

Excellent long term comfortable and value for money stay
Pros:

Bit away from the crowded fitness street but still easily accessible- quiet haven is exactly what i was looking for -friendly staff, great owner who ensures staff and guests are comfortable- what more can you ask for? Food is also very reasonable and delicious

Cons:

on hot/rainy days it is a bummer having to walk that extra 20 mins to fitness street - also if u need to go back and forth- sorted my problem by getting a scooter ( cheap but scary lol)

Relaxing, good vibes and amazing staff.
Pros:

I had an awesome stay at Coco. The staff is very kind and helpful, the bed is comfortable and you have everything you need there. They also offer muay thai and yoga classes, so you don’t need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. The environment is excellent, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to train in soi tai ed or wants a family retreat

Great value for money and a great stay!
Pros:

I like the foliage, ie. the palm trees, plants and and flowers that decorated the property. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and the room I was in met my expectations.

Cons:

The location is a bit in a remote location but I knew that prior to booking.

Pros:

I enjoyed my stay here...a little paradise...the pools were very nice with all the greenery around. Staff very helpful and polite. Room was very good...could see the restaurant pool and the big buddha up on the hill from my balcony.

Pros:

L’environnement de l’hôtel, le personnel du ménage et du jardins étaient gentils

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception n’étaient pas forcément aimable, de plus nous avons dû mettre une cautions de 2000 Bath en cash qui n’était pas prévue lors de la réservations
