Very nice
Pros:

Very well situated. Not used to ZTL times in Italy and the lady at the desk helped explain it to us. Also they recommended places to eat and visit.

Cons:

Hard to find somewhere to park our car, had to book a carpark.

Perfect location for a quick stay in Turin.
Pros:

Fantastic location . Very spacious apartment with nice amenities. The staff was helpful and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable!

Cons:

The decor is sparse and tired. There’s a fair amount of wear with baseboards falling off, missing door handles and signs of hooks that look like they were ripped out of the wall and swollen cabinets around sinks- new paint is needed throughout. It would take so little to warm up and make it a place you’d never want to leave.
There’s a coffee machine but needed to ask for coffee pods at the front desk rather than pods being supplied.

Comfortable bed, location great, clean.
Pros:

Check-in was very easy because they have somebody there most of the day. the Bed Comfortable, it's clean, the location is really good, very central but quiet. My windows were turned into an inside area. The shower was great, with nice-smelling Shampoo and soap. Also, everything worked, and I was very happy staying there.

Cons:

A couple of things that didn't affect my score, but would be nice to improve: Check In was not clear. The host set a specific time with me, not telling me that I can arrive the whole day. I was rushing to arrive at a specific time, because she said her colleague would meet me there.
Pillows weren't the best quality, and would be great to have pillows on the sofa because its back is hard. I just took my bed pillows back and forth.

Central position. Good reception. Big windows with a lot of light. Very quiet and private. Nice view from the window on a central courtyard. Lift.

A convenient place close to V. Fusi underground parking in central Tur. Plan for huge parking costs.
Pros:

Nice Terrace and lots of living space
Private and quiet enough

Cons:

Some appliance missing: coffee machine
Broken handle (toilet)
Damaged furniture and walls
No breakfast (this was known beforehand)

Great base to explore Torino and a beautiful building.
Pros:

Amazing location and architecture.

Very quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

Room could do with a fresh coat of paint especially in the kitchen. We had ants in the bedroom and instead of simply moving us to a cleaner room the staff member just sprayed bug spray.

Im Stadtzentrum, großer Raum, aber schwer zugänglich (einige Zimmer), und so lala Preis Leistung.
Pros:

Es ist sehr gut gelegen, im Zentrum der Stadt und in der Nähe des Flusses, der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Es war sehr ruhig, da unser Zimmer in einem Innenhof des Gebäudes lag. Allerdings befinden sich alle Zimmer in verschiedenen Innenhöfen.
Die Küche ist ein Pluspunkt, da sie gut ausgestattet und sehr praktisch ist.

Cons:

Der Eingang ist etwas umständlich, da man viele Türen und Schlüssel benötigt. Eine der Rezeptionistinnen war mit den Anweisungen nicht sehr deutlich und meinte, das Hotel könne das Parkticket für den Check-in entwerten. Als wir dann aber mit einem Strafzettel ankamen, wurden wir behandelt, als wären wir lästig.
Unser Zimmer befand sich in einem Innenhof, und wir mussten einige Räume (manche davon im Außenbereich) und etwas unbequeme Türen passieren, bis wir es erreichten. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr geräumig, aber die Aufteilung war etwas unpraktisch. Um das Licht vor dem Schlafengehen auszuschalten, mussten wir das Zimmer durchqueren, den Lichtschalter betätigen und dann im Dunkeln das Bett suchen.
Der Preis für das Angebotene ist höher als anderswo. Eher ein Apartmenthotel als ein Hotel, aber teurer.
