Pros:

넓은 욕실과 간단한주방시설 주차가 편리함
파리만 없었다면 괜찮았을 침대, 도로변이라 찾기 쉬움

오후 8시쯤 도착예정시간을 보내고 도착후 직원을 만나 도시세를 내고 키를 받았다, 짐을내려 올라가는데 직원이 불도 다끄고 퇴근한다,그런데, 방에 도착해 키를 대고 문을 여는데 문이 안열린다 예약한 다른 방도 해보는데 여기도 안열린다,
아무도 없는1층에서 자동체크인기로 1시간을 이것저것 해도 안된다 겨우 전화를 걸어 또해도 안된다고하니 원격으로 열어줄테니 들어가란다. 문을 닫고 나갈수가 없어서 꼼짝도 못하고 겨우 잠만 잤다 침대에는 죽은 파리도 있고, 바로뒤에 말 농장이 있어 냄새땜에 문도 못 열고... 아침 10시에 청소하는 직원이 문을 두들기며 체크아웃은 11시라고 야무지게 알려주고 갔다ㅠㅠ,
아무튼 좋지 않은 경험이었지만 다음날 다른 직원에게 전날 일을 말했더니 미안차다고 사과하며 커피를 주었다 친절한 그 직원덕분에 마음이 조금 가라 앉았지만 웬만하면 추천하고 싶지는 않다

Prima, voor een korter verblijf ideaal.
Pros:

Het is geen standaard locatie, het ligt aan een doorgaande weg. Maar dit was voor ons ideaal als uitvalbasis voor motorrijden. Het is een vrij jong en goed onderhouden hotel. De kamers zijn ruim en goed uitgerust. Het ontbijt was goed, met voldoende keuze en echt verse producten. De service was prima.

Cons:

Dan zou het de locatie kunnen zijn voor een ander. Maar voor ons was dit prima.

Well located business hotel near Lucerne
Pros:

Good location. Free parking. Garage/shop next door, cafe on first floor for breakfast if you wanted it, but room had a kitchenette so not necessary for me. Very clean room, well laid out. I enjoyed my stay. Check in was online and efficient. I never saw any staff.

Cons:

I needed an iron and ironing board but no big deal.

Mooie locatie en goede ontvangst

Cons:

Zeer slechte ervaringen met het ontbijt. Onvriendelijke dame die het ontbijt verzorgde. Toen wij kwamen ontbijten waren bijna alle schaaltjes en bakken leeg.

Lovely visit to Luzern.
Pros:

It was a very nice room. Great shower and bed. Nice breakfast. Loved having a small kitchen.

Cons:

At first we weren’t happy at all, because we didn’t get the room we rented. But the staff was open to admitting that there had been a misunderstanding and we did get the correct room.

Pros:

Excellent stay from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a great shower and a really comfortable bed. Despite being right next to a main road, it was surprisingly quiet, and the AC worked perfectly.
The front desk staff, especially Nastya, were wonderful — warm and welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight: a great variety of options, plenty of snacks, and egg dishes made fresh to order rather than sitting out. The coffee was excellent too!
Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Pros:

parking was good. rooms were very specious. liked that there was shampoo and shower gel - overall very clean.

Cons:

1) We asked to be next to our kids - which they said was confirmed - arrived late and they were on another floor with a 5 year old it was difficult.
2) Breakfast was overpriced - would rather stop on the way for a good coffee and pastry.
3) Didn't have a kettle

שרות לא נחמד . המזגן לא עבד ובשרות אמרו שהוא עובד . אתמול אמרו שביום ראשון אין להשיג טכנאי
