Просто лишили ночлега накануне вылета из аэропорта Дортмунда

Ничего.

Cons:

Оплатил отель 25 августа ,накануне заезда меня уведомили,что месьа для меня нет из за системной ошибки,это была крайняя ночь в Германии перед вылетом из Дортмунда,по сути меня лишили места в ночь ,когда отели стоили по 500- 600 евро. Просто перепродали мое место ночьлега. Деньги не вернули. На ресепшн никого не быдо в 17-30.

Pros:

Zimmer waren in Ordnung

Cons:

Leider kein Restaurantbetrieb, somit auch kein reguläres Frühstück.
Zimmer zur Straße sehr laut, weil Straße beschädigt und Durchgangsstraße mit LKW Verkehr.

Zentrale Lage. Parkplätze vor der Tür. Sehr saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider ist die Treppe zu den oberen Zimmern sehr steil. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist könnte Schwierigkeiten bekommen.

Pros:

Wir hatten Bett und Dusche

Cons:

Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn man eine Info bekommen hätte, dass sowohl beim Hotel als auch beim Restaurant ein Inhaberwechsel stattfindet. Restaurant hatte geschlossen und Service im Hotel gab es auch nicht. Beim Check in mussten wir nach Personal suchen, Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht nach der ersten Übernachtung, und Frühstück war nicht möglich. Als Tipp für ein Frühstück wurden wir an eine Tankstelle um die Ecke verwiesen.

Alles gut soweit! Es gibt keine weiteren Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten in näherer Umgebung.
Pros:

Wir hatten ohne Frühstück gebucht. Die Lage ist gut - einziges Hotel in der Umgebung. Anlage ist im Besitzerwechsel, daher kann man nicht viel sagen.

It was a pleasant stay, as I was on route to a different location, the overall value was good.
Pros:

Very friendly staff and a good restaurant and secure parking foe motorbike. Room was clean.

Cons:

Shower was doing its job … just.
