It was near to down town LA. Reasonably good hotel and well located. It definitely felt safe too. The staff at the lobby were helpful . Good facilities and restaurants.
House keeping can improve. Each day we stayed we had to ask for things we needed and had to be reminded again. At one point the bathroom mat wasn’t replaced. The tv conked out. And it would be great to provide cheap bathroom slippers . Used glasses were not taken away nor replaced .
The toilets don’t have a towel hanging wrack within the bath space and that’s not easy

This is my 3rd visit to the property and I always have a good time. The AC & Moxy properties are in the same building and are close to everything! I have been here for conferences & this visit is for my graduation from USC. The staff celebrated with me and my family - they gave us 6 free drinks and gummy bears (thank you Deanna!). Dalia was fantastic for breakfast at the 34th floor restaurant & Chris was amazing for our commencement night celebration at the rooftop. And Whitney is always friendly and helpful every visit.

The breakfast for day 1 is okay, but it never change for the consecutive days.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I have previously been to this hotel whenever I'm in L.A. It's a nice spot but it's a bit confusing for the first timers. You have to take the elevator to the 36 floor (the lobby) then depending on your room you either go down or up. Nevertheless I am making this review for our server Dallia. She was excellent and very attentive. The other guy that was working with her was nice as well (I forgot his name) but we stayed this past weekend from 05/08-05/11.

Pool nur zwischen 9 bis 3Uhr geöffnet !!! Wtf ! Und mit dem Aufzug zuerst in den 34stock zur Rezeption um dann nach langer Wartezeit wieder mit einem anderen Aufzug in den 10Stock zu fahren !!! Totale Fehlplanung
Loved the views from every spot of the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The variety of restaurants in the building is great but keep in mind they are closed from Sunday to Wednesday.
The service overall is amazing. Dalia’s service was exceptional during breakfast. She was very attentive and kind.
I highly recommend this hotel and would come back again.

The hotel is beautiful and it has the best views! The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. My waiter Oscar made the experience even better. He took the time to help me plan my days...since I decided to wing it!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The staff were SO friendly and attentive and really exemplified service excellence. I specifically want to shoutout Dalia, Ariana, and Jackie who made our breakfast experience one of the highlights of our stay. The location of the hotel is unique, right in downtown and connected to Level 8. It feels luxe and high end without breaking the bank. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!
