Не знаю, что тут людям нравится. Нам лично понравилось только расположение отеля.

Cons:

Каждый день считали разные цены на завтраки. Меню завтраков не менялось за все время проживания.воду через день ставили.

Pros:

Приятный персонал на рецепции отеля, особенно Лука. Бассейн и зона спа чистые. Хорошие завтраки, очень внимательный персонал ресторана , а именно Магда и её команда. В целом впечатление благоприятное.

Cons:

Возле отеля идёт стройка, окрестности грязноваты, мягко говоря. Внимание персонала плохое к своим клиентам, у меня был день рождения и даже открытки не написали, никакого поздравления не было. Очень удивило...

בחדר המזגן לא עובד טוב הכפתורים לא מגיבים זה כאילו פועל על אוטומטי מבלי שאפשר לשנות אותו.
דבר שני המקרר בחדר לא עובד טוב דיברתי עם צוות אמרו שהוא מקרר עד 20 מעלות אין אפשרות לעשות יותר מזה אז לא יכולתי לאחסן משקאות קרים היה תמיד במצב פושר

Thank you Batumi Courtyard hotel for a wonderful event
Pros:

Celebrated my wife's 40th bday in the Courtyard hotel in Batumi. The manager, Anna, along with certain staff (Nikita, Ketevan and Mariam) were amazingly wonderful to make it a memorable trip. Nikita ensure we had great service at the bar (brought an ice bucket for champagne on my wife's birthday and helped arrange things perfectly) while Mariam was always ready to help and Anna gave us the great upgrades and arranged the last minute changes. This is a special place to house your event due to the staff. Thank you so very much.

Staff super end coffee is best in Batumi
Pros:

The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, and Anri did an amazing job making the coffee—truly excellent service. Highly recommended. Great job, guys!

Disappointing for a Marriott
Pros:

The hotel give us an upgrade which was lovely, the pool and Spa was great and the hotel is obviously just opened because it's spotless.

Cons:

The Breakfast wasn't great, you need to invest in a new coffee machine. The food in the bar is terrible and my wife phoned down for a wine glass to be brought up to the room and they refused. First time that's ever happened.

The energy of the hotel doesn’t bubble, pretty flat and kind of abandoned
Pros:

The quietness in the room to sleep well.
Upgrade to a sea view.
They cooked omelette for me that was not in the menu.
Aubergines, eggplants and cherry tomatoes are perfectly grilled - just amazing.
The quality and cleanliness of towels just wow.
Very friendly stuff!!!

Cons:

The carpet in the room is not so fresh anymore.
The variety of tea could be more reach for this price, not like black and green.
Trash can cover is with a dent.
Shower head had issue where it’s close to the shower hose the water is spread all around.
The floor of the balcony by the pool is uneven, parquet parts are messy so I needed to give efforts to avoid getting caught on protruding parts.
Steam room was under construction.
In hammam the main platform in the model had a smell of other people so it was not clean. The smell of urine in the shower right by the hammam.
The rest room is dark and tiny, not cozy at all, pretty claustrophobic and no drinks except a few 0,5 plastic bottles of water. The music pretty loud and not relaxing.
In a changing room - the shower drain is clogged and there is an unpleasant smell.
Something wrong was with a lentil soup, pretty much of tomato past kind of that I could not taste lentils. Also some peppers were not grilled properly that the skin could be easily peeled off, almost raw.
In general I felt pretty anxious I suppose cause of inside construction and logistics.

Maintaining Health, with a View
Pros:

I am a regular at the spa. It has a fine view of the Black Sea. The sky-light roof over the pool gives a grand view of the Coutyard Marriott touring above. The pool is big enough for laps. The whole spa is kept clean, and the staff are friendly. I especially like the steam room and the sauna, followed by an icy shower. The gymn seems to be a favorite, and it looks out over the pool.
