Cons:

Oda kahvaltılı almış olmamıza rağmen kahvaltınız yok dediler. Sisteme düşmemiş dediler. Bizim problemimiz değil sizin çözmeniz gerek dediğimizde sistem bu şekilde diyip resmen salladılar bizi. Hiç sorun çözme odaklı değiller. Çalışanlara soru sorduğunuzda hemen kaçma modundalar.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, toller Pool und Saune, super bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Poolbereich bei den Liegen und auf der Terasse nicht so gut. Poolbar nicht in Betrieb. Kaputter Boden auf Poolterasse.

Don't come here and save your money

Cons:

Staff are very unprofessional and the treat you like they are not happy to have you .
Very noisy place .
Rooms are corridor with very narrow balcony.
Too expensive compared to the same building other hotels.
No consirge .
No kitchen after 11 pm and in room dining. If you have kids stor food .
No clothes washer but you will find it next door hotel with 300 USD less per night .

The most amazing massage ever. Must go if you are in batumi. Best staff and service. Most proffesional sport massage from mamuka. Wonderful expirience. Dont think just go.

Pros:

Ananne spa, it's wonderfull, staff is very friendly, Especially Anastasia she really is proffesional, she provide us everything to me. I would love to come again and experience Spa center again
