Lovely hotel, lovely staff.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely in all aspects. The staff are really polite and friendly. Every morning we were asked if we slept well. The rooms we had were really spacious and bright, the bathroom was lovely with both a large bath and shower.
The bed was huge and super comfy.
The room was spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was really good, a good selection of foods, from freshly cooked dishes on request to local dishes.
The hotel is close by the Dragon bridge which is lovely to see at night.
There's a lively night market across the Dragon bridge too which is worth a visit.
We also visited Ba Na Hills from the hotel too.
I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area, you won't be disappointed.

Cons:

There wasn't anything to dislike the hotel is very good.

Lovely Boutique Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful spacious rooms, incredible views of the dragon bridge, friendly helpful staff, very clean.

Cons:

No fault of the hotels at all..
Guests in neighbouring rooms dragging furniture through the night.
Bar next door playing loud music, but it does stop at 10pm.
