Pros:

Breakfast, balcony’s and modern vibe

Cons:

One challenge. My room was annexed to the work-out (gym) room, and the dropping of weights were noisy. It also sounded like another gym was also aligned (stacked) right above in 3rd fl. It too had customers dropping heavy weights. Again noisy. The plus, it wasn’t ongoing or after 11Pm

Good location, good breakfast, nice, clean, and spacious rooms.

Cons:

EXTREMELY NOISY. Noise in the hallways, cars parked outside at 1am with their stereos rattling the walls. The earplugs should have been a give away, but you can hear everything through the walls, hallways, and street. Don't expect to sleep, especially on a weekend.

Schönes Hotel an sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Extrem zentral gelegen in einer der schönsten und verträumtesten Südstaatenstädchen Floridas. Zimmer sind gross und geräumig, der Blick aus dem 6. Stock ist toll und insgesamt ist das Hotel trotz äusserst zentraler Lage sehr, sehr ruhig. Besonders haben uns die Mitarbeitenden begeistert, die für alle Anliegen ein offenes Ohr hatten und uns von Anfang bis Ende willkommen fühlen haben lassen.
