Pros:

The hotel is clean, staff was helpful, there were a lot of amenities, and close proximity to many restaurants, and activities.

Cons:

Honestly, the only reason this place isn't a 10 out of 10 is because it doesn't have dedicated free parking for guests. It was difficult and time consuming trying to find parking in the limited parking spaces near the hotel.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Very nice.

Cons:

I was called to see if I wanted to change my room 2 hours before I arrived. Sort of tacky..I wouldn’t have booked the room if I didn’t want 2 double beds. Also I was driving from Atlanta for my son’s football camp at the University of Fl. And when I got there .. there was no parking . I had to circle around for 2 hours trying to find a parking spot or pay $30 for a parking spot in a parking garage, which I wasn’t going to do.
I had no idea there was limited parking on the weekends. That would have been nice to know. . Driving around for 2 hours limited the time of my in the hotel. I called the front desk and they said they would check me in how could they do that without me physically being there.Also while I was driving around f the girl at front desk texted me different parking spot that I could park at so I wouldn’t get towed. The parking situation really set the time if my stay and I will not come back.

When we visit family we love staying here, awesome place, love pool area and breakfast was great.

Safe area, and great places to dine and relax at.

Nice but wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Clean. modern, centrally located, breakfast buffet with nice variety, nice things to do in the area.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking, no on-site parking available.
