Good location, good breakfast, nice, clean, and spacious rooms.

Cons:

EXTREMELY NOISY. Noise in the hallways, cars parked outside at 1am with their stereos rattling the walls. The earplugs should have been a give away, but you can hear everything through the walls, hallways, and street. Don't expect to sleep, especially on a weekend.

Schönes Hotel an sehr zentraler Lage
Pros:

Extrem zentral gelegen in einer der schönsten und verträumtesten Südstaatenstädchen Floridas. Zimmer sind gross und geräumig, der Blick aus dem 6. Stock ist toll und insgesamt ist das Hotel trotz äusserst zentraler Lage sehr, sehr ruhig. Besonders haben uns die Mitarbeitenden begeistert, die für alle Anliegen ein offenes Ohr hatten und uns von Anfang bis Ende willkommen fühlen haben lassen.

My family and I enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

it was good, did it's job, room was stuffy, smelled a little and lack of cleaning near couch an bed.
Pros:

the location was nice, we lucked out on parking so that was nice. beds were comfortable, room was spacious.

Cons:

the main thing, which i mentioned to the staff at checkout, when i dropped something near the bed and saw the lack of cleaning between couches and dividers, it was pretty bad - contact lens, a nail, LOTS of accumulated dust. I have asmtha and i did feel the different in the room's stuffiness. i think there was water in the room in the past, because it a bit mustly smelling upon enterering, it was the room at the end of the hall on the 2nd floor (right side) past all the staffing room.

Very disappointed
Pros:

Very loud location. We went for work and we couldn’t sleep at all. AC was broken and there was nobody to call to fix it. Room Phone wasn’t working . Staff doesn’t work in a good mood.

Cons:

It is well located, clean, breakfast could be better, but OK.
