READ IF YOU WILL BOOK BASED ON THE PHOTOS
Pros:

Not to sound all negative but the only good thing is the staff, they were super nice and friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is really good.

Cons:

I booked 2 rooms for 4 people, we were looking forward for the stay cuz honestly the photos looked amazing, but here's the thing, they are not! The rooms are so so small, and both rooms have double bed that takes half the room even though i asked for 2 separate beds, one room didn't have a mirror or shampoo or shower gill or toilet paper, the room wasn't very clean. And then the other room, didn't have a trash can. We arrived so late and were super tired and the hotel DOESNT EVEN HAVE AN ELEVATOR!!! We had to go on the 3rd floor by stairs!! Also our problems were not solved right away, because guess what? The tiny reception is run by any one that has free time...
They brought extra bed which genuinely left you with no space at all, the hotel is one meter away from a building facing it, which meant we cannot open the blinds at all. I was really disappointed, the place felt like a cheap hostel, it made the whole experience harder and unpleasant.

Le personnel est très gentil est magnifique ils nous ont accordé un lit d’appoint pour notre bébé et nous ont changé de chambre facilement. Ils étaient très gentils avec mon bébé

Все раздолбано. В первом номере на третьем этаже без лифта была сломана дверь. В бунгало не было напора воды и была раздолбана Лейка душа

Best location and rest guaranteed
Pros:

We stayed in a cozy bungalow with great garden view. We certainly did not expect such a nice place in the very city centre, where you can really relax after the busy day in the city. Besides the best location the place is really calm and you don’t hear any noises from the street. Best regards to all the team members, the hosts were really friendly and helpful. We will come back for sure! ♥️♥️

Bon séjour
Pros:

Personnel très aimable et disponible. Nous avons eu une chambre très petite, quand j’ai demandé à changer car c’était trop petit pour nous et notre bébé ils ont directement accepté et nous ont mit dans un bungalow. Les chambres sont bien climatisée, le petit déjeuner est toujours le même mais c’est bon. À la fin nous avons oublier les lunettes ils nous ont trouver une solution pour qu’on puisse les récupérer a l’aéroport

Au niveau de l’hygiène je trouve que ça aurait pu être plus propre, un ménage tous les jours

Pros:

La gentilezza dello stafff e la colazione. Acqua a disposizione nella hall.

Cons:

Il servizio in camera non è accettabile. Non abbiamo trovare sul letto il lenzuolo e mancavano gli asciugamani. C'era solo un bagnoschiuma. Il giorno dopo asciugamani deteriorati e con qualche macchia. Inoltre non è così vicino al centro come sii scrive ma almeno 2 km e oltre. Non credo che si sia pagato poco per quello che danno.
