Not as good as Amari Johor Bahru.
Pros:

Some staff were nice and highly motivated, while some seemed to have the "I don't care attitude"

Cons:

Excellent and will come back again
Pros:

Location is great, easy access to the mall . Staff is very professional trained, hotel is clean and well maintained. I love the Breakfast cheese n coffee section and the juice station.

Loved the stay

It was very clean & calm. The breakfast options were amazing. Bed was bery comfortable. Everything was so good!

Pros:

Mostly everything especially the breakfast.

Cons:

The pop-up waste in the sink is tight & very small opening causing the water flow to be very slow. Slightly firm mattress will be nicer. Please provide empty bottle/jug for plain water so that guests dont have to keep going to the toilet for plain water.
