Peaceful, restful and convenient hotel!
Pros:

Our hotel was in a great location, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. We stayed in the club suite room. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was wonderful, most of the times it was quiet and peaceful. There are great malls at your doorstep as well as a 7 Eleven shop. We would definitely recommend this great hotel and would chose to return here.

Cons:

There was an awful drainage smell coming from the bathroom. Some days it was bearable and others not. It was rather off putting.
The mini fridge drinks are free only once and chargeable when replaced. This should be specified when booking the room. An extra mirror by the bathroom door in the lounge would be very useful, as once the bathroom is occupied you have to wait, which was inconvenient especially when your time is limited.
The club lounge access seemed to be for anyone. Staff did not ask for your room number and it was confusing which menu was for guests in club suites.
The hotel seemed more for business workers as there were many offices nearby. Also breakfast times were very busy due to big groups of workers, however this was not a problem if you go a little later after the early morning rush.

Easy Access to Train station and Malls.
Pros:

Hotel nice gestures of providing birthday decor and birthday cake for my wife.
Hotel located next to LRT and Big Shopping Mall.

Cons:

We still prefer mineral water in the bottles
