Mostly everything especially the breakfast.
The pop-up waste in the sink is tight & very small opening causing the water flow to be very slow. Slightly firm mattress will be nicer. Please provide empty bottle/jug for plain water so that guests dont have to keep going to the toilet for plain water.
My husband and I chose to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a weekend stay at Amari, and it was one of the best decisions we made.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Nina, who went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special. She thoughtfully arranged a beautiful anniversary room decoration, which was such a lovely surprise. We were also delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room on a higher floor, making our stay even more memorable.
One unexpected bonus was being able to catch the Norway vs. England match at 5:00 a.m. on the big screen, conveniently located next to the restaurant where breakfast began at 6:00 a.m. It was the perfect way to start the morning!
Breakfast was excellent, with an impressive variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The Teh Tarik was absolutely fantastic and is a must-try.
Parking on the 5th floor was convenient and felt very secure. We also loved the direct connecting bridge to The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall, which made shopping and dining incredibly easy.
What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality. Every member of the team greeted us with genuine warmth and a welcoming smile. It's the little touches and sincere service that make all the difference, and Amari certainly exceeded our expectations.
Thank you to Ms. Nina and the entire team for making our wedding anniversary so special. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

The location was great, shopping + dining is only a short walk across the bridge to The Garden Mall n Mid Valley Mall.
There is no jam at Amari Hotel side which is a plus for friends + relatives visiting and picking us up.
