Cons:

Pokój to ciemna klitka z niewielkim oknem. Stare poprzecierane ręczniki. Jedzenie słabe i niedoprawione. Nieprofesjonalna obsługa, duże problemy z liczeniem rachunków w barze. 5 gwiazdek nawet nadanych przez lokalną organizację to nieporozumienie.

性价比低，原本为了不用带行李箱打车特意定了火车站附近的酒店，结果去火车站要爬百级台阶，我和朋友（我们两个女生）自己拎了三个行李箱爬了上去。
Pros:

房间窗户景色好，入住时接待的前台态度很好，介绍很细致耐心。公共区域设施很好，休息区很大很舒服。

Cons:

行李寄存不安全，不需要任何凭证就可以取走行李，还有可能发生行李的误拿。退房时想问前台要一瓶矿泉水，前台不能提供，让我去大堂后面的bar要，结果是4拉里一瓶的玻璃瓶装矿泉水。酒店房间的一次性拖鞋质量很差，而且沾水容易滑倒。早餐有特色但不太合口味，很多食物很油很咸。

חדר גדול נח ומרווח

Cons:

חדר האוכל מאוד מאכזב רועש המוני, ללא עיצוב וחשיבה על השהייה בו כמו תחנת מעבר של הרבה אנשים מהרחוב. זאת למרות שהמבחר של האוכל היה טוב החוויה שם לא נעימה ושונה מהמלון ומה שהוא מקרין שהרבה יותר מוצלח מחדר האוכל.

Pros:

Nothing stood out.

Cons:

I don't understand why the hotel was so expensive to stay. It was just fine but definitely not 5*. We paid less than half this price for other hotels across Georgia that were of equal standard or better.
Also, a male member of staff (a manager, I think) was unkind to a dog that was absolutely no bother to us or the other guests on the patio. He had clearly been horrible to her before as she barked at him as soon as she saw him but she was very calm, gentle and happy around everyone else. Very sad.

I would be interested to know why you think you are 5*.

Pros:

Чистый, просторный, современный холл, быстрое размещение, полупансион, бассейн, просторный семейный номер люкс на 4 человек, если в номере не хватало принадлежностей приносили без ожиданий.

Cons:

В бассейне ранняя уборка в 21:45и отключение сауны

Numerio kaina neatitinka paslaugų kokybės.
SPA paslaugos silpnos. Sporto sale imitacija. Keli Hanteliai ir bėgimo takelis su dviračiu. Takelis ,beje, neveikė. Masažo užsakyti nebuvo net galimybės.
Kambarys labiau Max 3 žvaigždes atitinka.

Pros:

Работники отеля потрясающие и гостеприимные.
В номере есть чайник, чай, кофе, сахар, тапочки, халаты, зубные щётки с зубной пастой. Розетки удобно расположены, полотенец хватает. Завтрак замечательный.
