TV never worked and we never had internet, decide to leave a day early because need internet to work, they denied to refund the money I have paid in advance for the day I did not use. They just steal my money.

The room had mosquitoes and a cockroach, and the bathroom had no hot water; it would flood whenever I showered—it was just horrible. On top of that, the Wi-Fi never worked; they kept telling me it was an issue with the service provider, but it never worked...If you decide to go there, that’s up to you. I don't like to give bad review but this hotel is poor. Thanks

La camera pulita, l'hotel è bello e la posizione è ottima vicino alla piazza centrale. Ho avuto un problema con il tank del wc che non si riempiva e l'hanno risolto velocemente.

Cons:

Il materasso è ricoperto con una plastica credo, fa rumore quando ci si rigira.
Nell'ala più esterna dove si trovava la mia camera il vento faceva uno strano rumore, come un ululato. Probabilmente è dovuto al fatto che quella zona rimane meno riparata e il vento gira in modo particolare.

Très bel hôtel en plein coeur de Mérida ! La piscine est agréable (ils prêtent des serviettes !) et le personnel très sympa. Parking dans l'hôtel. Je recommande !
