Bon hôtel de centre-ville pour un séjour à Mérida.
Pros:

Ancien palais/maison de caractère.
Nous étions malheureusement dans une aile rajoutée avec vue sur le parking.
Bonne localisation près de la cathédrale.

Cons:

Parking limité avec peu de places autorisées pour l'hôtel.
Considérer la piscine comme toute petite et pas agréable.

Piscine agréable.
Café et petit pain offert pour le petit déjeuner !

Malheureusement le confort de la chambre dénote.
Le lit n’est pas très confortable… l’alèse est très bruyante et le matelas dur.

Cuando llegamos no había toallas, tuvimos que solicitarlas, no se parecía la habitación a lo solicitado, nos dieron una habitación que en la mañana lo que me despertó fue el ruido de la lavadora. 😅.

1. When we entered the room, the hotel's bed sheets were dirty, with some hair ;
2. The hotel does not have mosquito screens, and there were numerous mosquitoes in the room;
3. Throughout the entire night, the hotel did not provide hot water for more than approximately 12 hours;
4. At the front desk, the staff asked us to request a refund for the cost of the two nights we did not stay, but then abruptly refused our refund request.

Es una excelente opción sus habitaciones están muy bien, está súper céntrico, cerca de todo lo principal del centro, enfrente hay una panadería muy rico, en la esquina un oxxo, tiene alberca, wifi, estacionamiento techado, el personal es muy atento y cuenta con un área de mesas y sillas en el vestíbulo para estar más Agusto ahí pudimos comernos una pizza en la noche. El personal siempre está atento 24/7

Cons:

Del hotel o la estancia no tengo nada que no me gustara, no tengo nada negativo que aportar.
