Dirty towels and bed sheets, smoke smell that’s not wiping out.
Old facilities like air dryer falling off from the wall. Tiny sin, bathroom and room in general are super small .
We could hear every single sound from other rooms. By Every I mean all - turning on the light, toilet flushing, shower sound, endless sex sounds. That’s not for city tourists, please explore other options. We stayed for 2 nights as it was close to the concert venue- I wanted to leave immediately I entered it.

The room itself is tiny and it's advertised as a bigger one. But ok. Next the state of the room, it's quite tired, everything is old, need repairs. Bedsheets are not like hotel ones, pillows are uncomfortable, very basic. Very few sockets in a room.
Bathroom is strange: very little sink, no place to put your toiletries. Shower gel is bad quality. And cherry on top, no hot water since one evening till next morning so no shower before leaving.
Noise cancelling is non existing, you hear your neighbours like they're in the same room. And they didn't throw a party, just were talking at night. You also hear elevator if you lucky to get a room close to it.
Just don't stay here or stay with very low expectations.

Die Unterkunft war mit 20 qm angegeben, tatsächlich waren es rund 10!! Das nenne ich Betrug!
Das Bad war mini, man konnte sich darin weder bewegen noch etwas ablegen. Das Waschbecken hat den Namen nicht verdient, Zähneputzen war machbar, alles andere nicht.
TV funktionierte nicht, nur eine Steckdose.
Frühstück hatten wir gebucht, allerdings musste die Rezeption erst mal nachschauen und ist dann mit uns zum Nachbarn, der eine Art Café betreibt und uns dann was richtete.
Klare Empfehlung: bucht dieses Hotel NICHT!

Мы заселились в отель около часа ночи после дороги и, к сожалению, впечатления остались плохие.

Первый номер был сильно прокурен. Мы попросили заменить его, и администратор без проблем пошёл навстречу — за это отдельное спасибо, персонал был действительно дружелюбный и старался помочь.

Однако и второй номер оставил ощущение грязи и неухоженности: липкий пол, сильные подтёки на стенах и в ванной, общее ощущение нечистоты. Когда мы достали одеяло, оно тоже оказалось грязным, но его нам сразу заменили.

К сожалению, несмотря на хорошее отношение администратора (и очень милого кота), сам отель оставил ощущение очень уставшего, неухоженного и небезопасного места, где было просто неприятно спать. Из-за позднего времени у нас уже не было возможности искать другое жильё, поэтому пришлось остаться на ночь.

Надеемся, владельцы обратят внимание прежде всего на чистоту номеров и общее состояние отеля.

Für 275 € für zwei Nächte erwarte ich ein sauberes und funktionstüchtiges Hotelzimmer. Leider war das hier nicht der Fall. Die Beleuchtung war teilweise defekt, die Klospülung funktionierte nicht ordnungsgemäß und beim Betätigen fiel sogar die Abdeckung der Spülung in die Toilette. Zudem waren Dusche und Waschbecken stark verschimmelt, das Waschbecken war verstopft und das Wasser floss kaum ab.

Besonders erschreckend war, dass nach einem Regenschauer Wasser durch die undichten Fenster ins Zimmer gelangte. Zunächst habe ich mich gewundert, warum der Boden nass war, bis sich die Ursache herausstellte.

Insgesamt war der Zustand des Zimmers für den Preis von 275 € für zwei Nächte absolut enttäuschend und entspricht nicht den Erwartungen an ein Hotelzimmer. Aufgrund der Vielzahl der Mängel kann ich die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

Grundsätzlich hätte ich die Mängel direkt an der Rezeption angesprochen. Allerdings habe ich bereits in anderen Bewertungen ähnliche Beschwerden über Schimmel, defekte Ausstattung und den allgemeinen Zustand der Zimmer gelesen. Daher hatte ich nicht den Eindruck, dass es sich um einen Einzelfall handelt.

Außerdem handelte es sich nicht um Kleinigkeiten, die Reinigungskräften versehentlich entgangen sein könnten. Defekte Lampen, eine nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionierende Klospülung, ein verstopftes Waschbecken, undichte Fenster sowie sichtbarer Schimmel sind offensichtliche Mängel, die seit längerer Zeit bekannt sein dürften und behoben werden müssten. Für den aufgerufenen Preis ist dieser Zustand nicht akzeptabel.

We did not end up staying at this hotel due to serious concerns upon arrival.

It became immediately clear that the hotel did not match the description or photos at all. The room was unclean, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected and poorly maintained. We only kept our luggage in the room for a few hours while searching for another hotel, and when we returned to collect our belongings, we noticed an insect on one of our bags that matched the characteristics of a bed bug.

More concerningly, there were also unusual activities taking place in the hotel that made us feel unsafe. The other guests we saw did not appear to be typical tourists, which added to our discomfort.

We raised our concerns with the staff right away, but the hotel showed no willingness to help or offer any solution. Despite clearly explaining that we did not feel comfortable staying, they refused to provide any refund or compensation and kept the full payment.

We ended up leaving and booking another hotel for our own safety and peace of mind. At the replacement hotel, the staff mentioned that they regularly receive guests who have left this same hotel due to similar experiences.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel. If you value cleanliness, honesty, and feeling safe during your stay, it is best to avoid this place.

Kamer was vuil, klein en was helemaal niet zoals op de foto’s. In de douche was schimmel, het toilet bleef lopen, op de grijze gordijnen waren witte strepen vuil, de lakens waren niet proper. Wij hadden eerst een andere kamer en die was nog erger. Toen hadden we een andere gekregen en deze was iets ruimer, maar ook vuil.
