Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Nicht sauber. Das Bett wurde zwar jeden Tag gemacht, aber der Staub wurde nie gewischt. Das Waschbecken wurde kein einziges mal gewischt.

Wände teilweise feucht und schimmelig (im Zimmer sowie im Badezimmer).

Keine Aussicht, man starrt auf eine Wand mit Klimaaußengeräten (siehe Foto).

Cons:

Lavandino un po’ piccolo e nessun mobiletto o spazio per poggiare gli oggetti.

Üldine kogemus oli positiivne ning hotell taskukohane.
Pros:

Asukoht oli hea, läheduses ilus promenaad, söögikohad, bussi- ja praamipeatus. Tuba oli väike aga puhas ja kõik oluline olemas. Iga päev käis toateenindus ja hoidis toa puhtana.

Cons:

Check-in ja Check-out automaatne süsteem meie jaoks ei töötanud. Saabusime keset ööd ning kuna päris inimesega polnud võimalik suhelda, siis juba hakkas lausa lootusetuna tunduma võimalus oma tuppa pääseda. Lõpuks õnnestus siiski olukord lahendada. Üldiselt on self-check-in hea ja mugav lahendus aga alati peaks ka mõni päris inimene olema valmis abistama. Lahkudes samuti see automaatne süsteem meie jaoks ei toiminud ja me polnud ainsad külalised, kes sellega hädas olid. Lõpuks tegi majutaja selle meie eest ise ära aga pidime selleks ekstra ühendust võtma. Voodipesu kvaliteet võiks olla parem - voodilina jättis meie magamisriided üleni valgete udemetega kaetuks ja ka tavariietega ei saanud voodi peale istuda, sest need olid kohe udemeid täis. Kardinaid võiks ka aeg-ajalt pesta.

HORRIBLE room. HORRIBLE staff. HORRIBLE experience.

Absolutely nothing. They stole our money.

Cons:

We had a health and safety issue that was not resolved. This is the worst experience I have ever had on this platform. I travel monthly and stay at thousands of places. The room reaked of cigarettes and my partner is allergic. We let them know on WhatsApp and they did nothing and did not reply to us. It was self check in and there was no staff member to help us. We contacted booking.com who are helping us resolve the matter. We were forced to leave the accommodation and book another place as they had no other clean rooms for us to stay in. They did not acknowledge the smell and refused to refund us. Honestly this is the worst place I’ve ever ever been to. It ruined the final day of our holiday.

Camera molto pulita, moderna, nuova. Doccia grande con acqua calda e abbondante. Caffè offerto in camera. Staff che risponde su what s app subito. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Cons:

Istruzioni di check in un po’ arzigogolate.
Odore un po’ stantio al nostro arrivo. Condizionatore a 22 gradi ma io preferisco la temperatura ambiente. Nessuno staff.
