Pequeno-almoço com muito pouca variedade, mas suficiente

Apesar do quarto ser bastante bom, é um pouco diferente das fotografias, devido ao cancelamento do nosso voo e termos falhado a primeira noite ficamos num quarto que normalmente está fechado, talvez por isso termos ficado coma impressão de que no booking os quartos parecerem um pouco maiores, alem dos lençóis eram pequenos para a cama.

We had booked and paid for a large double room with a balcony and sea view. However, when we arrived in the middle of the night, we were placed in a very small room without a balcony, which seemed to still be under renovation, as there were wires sticking out of the walls in places.
I immediately asked the receptionist whether we could be moved to the room we had booked. He told us that he did not have the keys and that we should ask again in the morning. Unfortunately, there was no one at reception the next morning. We managed to communicate somehow with the lady preparing breakfast, despite the language barrier, and she told us to wait for about an hour in case someone arrived. Eventually, the hotel manager arrived. After I showed him the room reservation on my phone, he handled my phone and without permission connected our phones via whatsapp, which later led to unwanted personal contact. He then told us to pack our things and leave our luggage on the sofa near the entrance, saying that a room might be available for us in the evening. This was inconvenient, but later that day we were finally moved to the room we had originally paid for. The room and balcony looked nice, although the bathroom was somewhat mouldy and there were other people’s hairs present. Still, considering the price of the hotel, we found it acceptable.
What was not acceptable, however, was the manager’s behaviour afterwards. I began receiving unsolicited personal messages from him, which I did not respond to. Since room cleaning was not included, the next day I had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. When he brought it, he behaved in an intrusive and inappropriate manner despite my clear lack of interest. The situation became extremely uncomfortable and was made worse by further unwanted messages, which eventually led me to block him.
Overall, the accommodation itself was manageable for the price, but this experience made our stay very unpleasant and overshadowed everything else.

Niestety na booking.com hotel podaje nieprawdziwe dane. Pokoje z widokiem na morze nie mają 25 mkw a jedynie 12,5 i to licząc z lazienka (wynika to z planu piętra zawieszonego na drzwiach). Mega ciasno, walizki pod nogami, wszystko się sypie i to dosłownie, krzywe ściany, nie zamykające się drzwi, budynek na górnych kondygnacjach jakby miał się zawalić.... Balkonik ma tylko pokój na ostatnim piętrze. O tarasie zapomnij - to skład starych mebli i kartonów obsranych przez mewy...

These people are literally scammers and liars .
I booked a room with seaview and a balcony for 3 nights.
One the first night I got a room with a different room without the balcony and seaview. I was just alloted the room by Yusuf, when asked he said there was a pipe burst. For the second night he gave me a room with a seaview but the AC wasn't working. When said this to ergun who said he is the manager. He says what can I do it's midnight and even refused to give us the room for the first night which was empty. He speaks fluent English but act as if he doesn't and speak gibberish. On the 3rd after yelling at Yousuf when the AC wasn't working he gave me a room on first with no seaview no balcony.

The Turkish breakfast is very simple and every day the same. Only the homemade arroz con leche doesn't get boring after a few days. Whoever constructed our room should consider a career change: There was a gap under the entrance door of around 3 cm, so anyone who stood by the elevator could hear whats said in the room, and vice versa. The shower was screwed together in a weird way, very amateurish, although I loved the rain-shower and the water is almost always hot. Generally the room screamed a lack of craftsmanship!
The cleaning is only on request and even then it's not great.

What I didn’t like:

* We received a different room than the one we booked.
* The room was dirty and poorly maintained.
* The hairdryer was broken.
* No hooks for towels.
* Only half a roll of toilet paper was provided.
* No toiletries in the room.
* Problems with the door lock.
* Breakfast was terrible and unhygienic.
* Dirty dishes and kitchen area.
* Poor quality and very limited food selection.
* Food was not refilled for guests.
* Staff ignored guests during breakfast.
* The manager behaved unprofessionally and made inappropriate personal messages.
