L’hôtel est très bien situé et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement.
La chambre était spacieuse et agréable.

Cons:

Je ne suis pas particulièrement fan de l’auto check-in, mais lorsque les équipements sont vieillissants, cela peut rapidement devenir compliqué.
Le principal point négatif reste toutefois la literie : les matelas sont très usés et mériteraient clairement d’être remplacés.

het hotel is zeer groot, goed ingericht en op verschillende verdiepingen benodigdheden zoals smoothie/acai bowls, zwembad, spa, De hotelkamer is ruim, gratis toiletgerief,...vriendelijke bediening, luggage store is zeer handig, goed gelegen middenin winkels/eetgelegenheden en dichtbij metro...goeie bedden, goeie matrassen, zeer stil.

Cons:

bijbetalen voor zwembad en ook extra bij betalen voor korte periode in de fitness/ Veel licht in de kamer...

Excellent stay. Would stay here again when I visit Osaka next time

Close proximity to transportation, shopping and restaurants. There’s a Lawson and good restaurants in the tower. Plenty of washers/dryers

Localização boa, quartos pequenos
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, perto de metrô e de áreas de interesse na cidade.
Apesar de pequeno, o quarto tem espaço embaixo da cama para armazenar malas. Oferece opção de quarto conjugado para famílias.
A lavanderia é grande, oferece muitas máquinas para lavar e tb para secar roupas.

Cons:

Os quartos são bem pequenos, banheiros também. A limpeza é feita a cada 3 dias.
Não tem armário ou prateleiras para colocar roupas.

Ótima localização, café da manhã com muitas opções.
Pros:

Fiquei no 34 andar, quarto família grande com vista linda para a cidade! Tem uma poltrona de massagem maravilhosa

Cons:

Não me disseram q precisava avisar para ter quarto limpo e arrumado. Fiquei sabendo pela moça da limpeza que mal falava inglês e não soube me explicar o que Eu deveria fazer para tal solicitacao.
Para usar a piscina e a academia tem q pagar uma taxa.
