Pros:

設備など整っていて不便もなく良かったです

Cons:

スタッフが沢山いたわりにはチェックイン、
荷物預けなど自分でやる作業が多かった
年寄りには少し大変かな

満足でした。
Pros:

大阪駅まで多少の距離はあるが飲食店も多く、便利な位置だった。部屋も清潔で、大浴場も広くて良かった。大浴場のドライヤーは快適だった。無料で映画も観れるのも良かった。今後、映画の種類をもっと増やして欲しい。物を掛けるフックもいっぱいあったのが便利だった。コンセントもいろんなところにあり便利だった。チェックアウトもキーを返却するだけで早かった。

Cons:

お風呂の更衣室が混んでいて、空きロッカーがほとんどなかった。部屋のバストイレが狭かった。

Pros:

お風呂、お部屋、ホテル内コンビニ、立地は非常に良かったです。

Cons:

スタッフの対応悪かった。汗だくで到着したにもかかわらず、案内もせずアプリの登録を優先させられ、立ちっぱで荷物を持ったままで席にも誘導されず、不愉快だった。
エレベーターが待たせすぎ、上下の連携ができていない。

Pros:

The breakfast was super nice with a big variety to choose from. After 10.30 they even canged the menu so you could get a different experience if you tried both before and after that time. The Osen was nice. And our suite on the 34th floor was really nice. The ordinary rooms were a little small. The location was also practical, being close to the main train station and shopping.

Cons:

The staff hardly spoke any english. The self check-in was really bad (we were a family of 7 people with 3 rooms). The check-in took forever and we didn't get the right number of meal tickets. It was also bad not being able to get an extra duvet for the shared beds when we asked for it (only got an extra blanket). The pillows were a little too hard for our taste, but the beds were comfy.

God placering. Lawson på 4. sal samt en samme restauranter og offentligt bad. Stort indhold på tv'et.

Cons:

Fitness havde ekstra betaling. Det offentlige båd havde ikke noget koldt bad. For få elevatorer.
