Pros:

la ubicación es muy buena, cuenta con estacionamiento, las instalaciones son remodeladas, cuenta con desayuno americano gratuito y alberca, en caso de querer comer, también cuenta con dos restaurantes, sin salir del hotel

Cons:

la cama y almohadas son un poco duras, pero nada que no se pueda dormir, el agua de la alberca estaba caliente, aunque comprendo la temperatura por el calor que hizo ese día 😅

Pros:

La alberca, buen tamaño, limpia, área de altura baja para menores. Los camastros y mesitas alrededor.
Personal de limpieza amable.
Desayunos incluidos de buena porción.

Cons:

Que los huéspedes no respetaran las reglas de alberca y falta personal que vigile que se cumplan las reglas ya que estaban bebiendo cerveza en botellas de virdrio frente a los menores de la alberca.
Que el aire acondicionado no podía regularse y programarlo más frío.
Podrían mejorar en dar un curso de cómo tratar a los huéspedes en recepción ya que parte del personal parecía molesto. Considero que podrían ser un poco más amables y serviciales.
