Agradable y buen servicio.
Pros:

Nos gustó mucha la ubicación, el trato del personal, tanto el botón como los del restaurante, el desayuno gratis se me hizo bien incluía lo básico pero muy rico todo. Las camas estaban muy cómodas, y el tamaño de la habitación amplio. El precio también se me hizo muy bien para todo lo que ofrecían. Otra cosa que me encantó fue los árboles que tienen.

Cons:

Son detalles pero siento que podrían mejorar el mantenimiento de la alberca, los azulejos chiquitos se desprendían y muchos ya no estaban en el área para sentarse lo que hacía que se sintiera incómodo, también en el baño poner una cortina más larga ya que el agua se tiraba mucho por la parte de abajo y se mojaba todo el piso del baño.

Hotel limpio y muy cómodo :) Desayuno rico pero horario muy reducido.

Cons:

El desayuno incluido en la reservación tiene un horario hasta las 10:00am es muy temprano :( estaría bien hasta las 11am

El area de la albercas esta padre, la cama estaba cómoda.

Cons:

Había cucarachas, no llega el WiFi al cuarto, se batalla mucho para ingresar a las habitaciones con la tarjeta, no había toallas suficientes y el agua de la ducha estaba super caliente y no se podía modificar.

Instalaciones viejas y falta de mantenimiento.
Pros:

Las chicas de limpieza fueron muy amables y simpaticas. Mi hijo lo pasó muy bien en la piscina.

Cons:

Nuestra habitación tenía muchísima humedad. Los mandos a distancia de los televisores no funcionaban y la conexión a internet a velocidad de modem de 56K. Las instalaciones son muy viejas.
Contrato la estancia para 5 familiares y solo me dan tickets de desayuno para 4. Me retiran de mi tarjeta de crédito 270MXN por un desayuno de huevos revueltos con jamón. Desayuno de pobres a precio de ricos.
