A good place to relax, refresh for business and visits.

The location, the staffs and cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

The fee for packing is rather high, $30 per night (I stayed for 2 nights), relatively high compared to other hotels in downtown.

Never again
Cons:

No coffee in the room for 8 straight days despite repeated requests. Manager and staff said they couldn’t buy Kuerig coffee pods because corporate management wouldn’t allow the staff to buy them!!!!!!!. No free coffee in the lobby either!!!’, Or any discount off room price or free stuff.

stress free excellent stay
Pros:

Walking distance to a lot of great food and entertainment in downtown Minneapolis.

Cons:

Some guest got free drink tokens for the bar- would have been nice to also receive some- might have actually encouraged me to spend money there rather than go elsewhere.
