From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night will apply to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

المرافق رائعة جدا.
الفندق مريح جدا ولاتحتاج للخروج من الفندق.

Cons:

ليست عيوبا ولكن فندق بهذا المستوى والسعر ينبغى ان يهتم اكثر بالصيانة لبعض المرافق وخاصة دورة المياه.

Pros:

The location was great with direct beach access. The staff at concierge were very helpful and courteous, always willing to help and advise you on your plans. The room service staff/cleaners did a fantastic job, couldn't fault anything. The breakfast had so much variety and again the staff were great.

Cons:

The room we were given was city view room. I wouldn't call it city view as the outside looked onto some barren wasteland. On arrival I asked if they could upgrade me to sea view room as it was also my Diamond Anniversary. I was advised by reception that the hotel was at full capacity (now that's a lie-hotel was not at full capacity). Everywhere was so quiet. From restaurant in the morning for breakfast, kids pool, adults pool, activity room and even the beach. Every time I asked any staff around the hotel, they said it was low occupancy.
At night I could hear dogs barking. I mean, if the rooms were spare/empty, why not give them. Just wasn't comfortable at night. For that reason, I may not recommend to friends and family to book ParkRoyal Langkawi

Pros:

The room was very spacious and nice but that was it, Spa was good as well.

Cons:

The staff was not very helpful, no life guard by the pool or the beach, breakfast open buffet is chaotic and not organized in a good way to enjoy, housekeeping were not that attentive to details

Lovely family vacation
Pros:

Fantastic stay with my family. Service was great, facilities were good. Location was also really good along Pantai Cenang. I appreciated the all day kids menu, swimming pool round floats for kids, a covered playground and the kids club facilities.

Cons:

Food in general (from breakfast to the all day dining) is a little on the too salty and too sweet for my taste buds.
