From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night will apply to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.
Please note that a compulsory room deposit of MYR 200 net per room per night will be collected upon check-in.

Great location, room was clean and big enough even with a baby cot. Service was fantastic and they truly put customers first. There’s a private beach and it is clean. Pool is huge and catered to different age groups. Surprised that there’s even a small waterpark for kids and a sheltered playground.
The air conditioning was a bit sporadic. It was not consistent.
Amenities were great, location also and staff are extremely friendly n helpful
Didn’t exactly allow us to check out later even though he had a late flight and 2 very young children ( 1 yr and 2 yr old )
Breakfast is poor and not intetnational as mentioned . Furniture in the room is lacking more chair and drawer between beds

Comfortabele kamer met balkon op een mooie locatie aangevuld. Daarbij nog het zeer gastvrije personeel is dit een mooie bestemming bij een bezoek aan Langkawi.

Great beachfront location, huge pool on ground floor with kids splash play area as well as large infinity pool. Rooms were lovely however we upgraded to a suite as we didn’t realise all the family rooms face the “city” side which overlooks a older resort which is being renovated and the mountains, we really wanted a sea view. The kids indoor games room was superb, great facilities, and supervised. The hotel is huge and never too busy, though breakfast nearer to closing seemed to be the most in demand time, so go before 930am if you want a quieter brekky. Our upgraded one bedroom suite had a sofa bed and we also arranged a fold out, though our kids ended up sleeping in the sofa bed every night together. This room was expansive, huge balcony which ran down the east to west side and main bedroom private balcony ocean view. Bathrooms and beds were great, housekeeping exceptional.

One of the best resort. Clean spacious staffs are friendly. Kudos to the kids club that kept our daughter busy and entertained. Can't recommend this hotel enough. Book the premium sew view. Big balcony with sunken platform that has a large couch to enjoy the sea breeze

Everything. The hotel is very clean. The team is very kind, smiling and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Everything is designed to make things easier for the customer. Private beach and swimming pool are clean, big. The ocean view is absolutely amazing both inside the room and outside. We lacked nothing. The staff do their utmost to make the stay absolutely pleasant and relaxing. We loved this hotel and we would come back without hesitation. We recommend !

Right by the beach and within short walk to the stretch of shops on pantai chenang.
Check-in/out was very smooth. Ms Izzati from the front desk personally followed up to ensure the amount blocked on my credit card during check-in was released by the bank.
Crowd management during breakfast can definitely be better. The staff manning the entrance insisted that people queue up to be escorted to their table one-by-one despite there were plenty of empty seats visible from the entrance. This was totally unnecessary, inefficient, and waste of resources (time spent by the staffs going back and forth fetching guests). It was an annoying experience for an otherwise pleasant stay at the hotel.
