على شاطئ لنكاوي
Pros:

فندق رائع ومناسب للجميع. يقع على الشاطيء ومريح ومناسب للاسترخاء. الافطار منوع والفندق يقع على شارع رئيسي فيه العديد من المطاعم الحلال والمحلات وايضا ليس بعيدا عن المطار. وسعره مرتفع عن بقية الفنادق.

Cons:

ارتفاع صوت الموسيقى المزعجة الى ساعات متأخرة وهذا غير مناسب للهدوء والاسترخاء.

Wonderful stay, great staff, great service

Everything about the property was great. The staff, the mood. The views were breathtaking from the room. The cleanliness was on point

Cons:

Only two restaurants were available as culinary experiences of the island. Wound have liked more. And the kids center opens a bit later for early birds.

Très bel hôtel 5 étoiles
Pros:

Très bel hôtel 5 étoiles, idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de Pantai Cenang. On peut facilement rejoindre de nombreux restaurants, commerces, spas et une laverie sans avoir besoin de prendre un Grab. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très bien entretenues, les piscines sont superbes et le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel : énorme choix, produits et jus de fruits frais, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts.
Le personnel est également au top. Il y a eu un petit malentendu sur l’anniversaire de notre fille, mais ils ont largement rattrapé le coup avec une très belle surprise dans la chambre le bon jour. C’est le genre d’attention qu’on apprécie dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.
Le seul vrai bémol concerne les prix des restaurants, du spa et de la blanchisserie, que nous avons trouvés vraiment trop élevés. Je comprends que les tarifs soient plus chers dans un hôtel 5 étoiles, mais là, l’écart avec les établissements situés à deux minutes à pied est tellement important que cela nous a finalement poussés à aller ailleurs, ce qui est dommage. C’est peut-être quelque chose à revoir car l’écart est vraiment beaucoup trop important pour Langkawi. Si l’écart était plus « raisonnable » nous aurions sans aucun doute consommer sur place . Enfin, le chemin à l’extérieur de l’hôtel mériterait d’être mieux aménagé, car il donne une première impression un peu moins soignée que le reste de l’établissement.
Malgré ces quelques points, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrions avec plaisir.
