From 1 January 2023, a tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night will apply to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

In general it was a very nice stay
Pros:

The location was excellent, kids friendly, has a lids club and activity center.
The view was amazing from the room.

Cons:

Not really clean, they took too much time to clean our room.
Bathroom was smelly.

Have a great stay .Definitely god willing will return.
Pros:

Breakfast spread was good.Had a good dinner at the fine dining restaurant.Swimming pool was great.

Cons:

I think the toilet got no bidet.Would appreciate if bidets were installed.I am a muslim traveller,so bidet at the toilet is much appreciated during my next visit.I have been regularly visiting Langkawi every 2 years.Its like balik kampong fof me & family.

Apart from the hard bed and loud entertainment, we had a lovely time, friendly staff
Pros:

Food was wonderful, apart from breakfast we had some dinners there and the food was really good!

Cons:

The entertainment (singer) was too loud, not background music and for people who wanted to go to bed early it was too loud. Our bed was too hard.

A fantastic resort in a calm and charming island with very friendly people.
Pros:

The view was incredible. The sound of the waves was so relaxing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Maybe a bit disappointed by the restaurant but that is being picky
